Late review but about a month ago me and my friend went to dinner here on a Sunday ! I tried something new and got the Nachos with chicken steak and shrimp ! Food came out I ate about half of it …..tasted decent. Kept eating and went to lift a chip and there was a dead fly in the food ! I didn’t cause a scene but I went to the kitchen to ask for the manager and everyone acted as if they couldn’t speak English. I then handed one of them the plate and showed them the fly and they all passed it around the kitchen just looking! They asked if I wanted something else to eat I said NO I just won’t be paying for it or ever be returning ! I went back to my table and they brought me a ticket with a drink on it and a $2 tip ! No apology was offered ! Flies are always here very unsanitary!

First of all, I am visiting from FLORIDA and could not understand at first so I asked to repeat and waitress seem frustrated…. I got my order misplace and redone, by the time my food came everyone was done. My meat flavor was good but my sister-in-law food wasn’t as good ….. overall I prefer not to come back, place is too busy, hence not so good service. Ah Margaritas were good, so for a drink is good.

Horrible Experience!! 2/10 birthday I expected a nice environment so my friends and family could come and celebrate but I was dissatisfied. I had to ask for service for someone to take our order for drinks and food. Also did not receive a birthday song at all he told me it was too busy.

The waitress didn’t write the menu down. My friend order some string beans, she was constantly asking about the beans. She received part of her order. She had finish eating part of the order, before the beans were served.The beans were returned. The fish had a fresh water taste. I was not please with it.

When I ordered my meal, I told our waitress I wanted to add the menu’s advertised 5 shrimp added to any entree for $2.99. The meals arrived, and there were no shrimp on my plate. No big deal, I quickly let the waitress know and she said she would get it. About 10-15 minutes later, she comes back saying I could not have the shrimp for $2.99 since she forgot to add the shrimp to my meal on the ticket. She then said if I still wanted those 5 shrimp, I would now have to pay $8.99. I was stunned by how ridiculous this was, but I did not want to argue so I just said no. Why couldn’t I get what I ordered that was clearly on the menu? Why would you essentially punish the customer for not receiving what they ordered??? Then after that, the waitress was rushing us out of the restaurant. She took away food my husband was still eating, and then tried taking away the basket of chips my children were still eating. I will NOT be returning. I’ve never experienced such pathetic service. You treated a good paying customer as though they were a problem over something they didn’t even do wrong! I’ve worked at restaurants and they would have NEVER treated a customer this way.

We ordered online. When I got to the restaurant I found out Amelia had ordered from the wrong restaurant. Someone there contacted the other restaurant and canceled our order. My meal was going to take 20 min to cook and so I ordered tacos for myself and paid for them. I didn’t get refunded my original order which was more than the 2nd order. It took over 20 min to get my order. The 1st guy came back and found out I had paid for the 2nd order. He said he hadn’t wanted me to pay for it. He did give me a $100 gift card which I gave to Red Cross workers who were working the Disaster that was going on at the time. I don’t know why it took so long to make our tacos.

I Ordered a black bean burger and I advised the waitress that my husband was vegan. “That means no egg products nor meat. When the food comes and it has mayo we were told at the restaurant that we will have to pay for another meal to replace the mayo. We ate at the other location in Cleveland and had no problems with correcting the situation.

I’m from out of town and as we pulled in I wasn’t sure about eating there since there wasn’t a lot of cars in the parking lot. We was greeted as soon as we walked in. The restaurant was very clean and the service was great. The food omg….. it was the best tex mex I have had.
