I think it’s ridiculous that this store does not honor coupons and I have to drive a few blocks down to the other Subway that honors them, rather than go up the street to this Subway. Completely inconvenient! You guys are going to lose customers because you’re not honoring coupons there. But what do I know?I’m only a customer that frequents Walmart who wants a easy lunch. Thought Subway would be convenient because its right there but was inconvenienced and had to drive further down the road because this Subway doesn’t honor coupons. Ridiculous and again you’re going to lose customers. Maybe get a clue and change that policy

So Google does not match the store hours they close at 8:00 not 9:00 on Sunday and I arrived at 7:48 6-29-25 I’m not the only person there there is a line of people and they close in 12 minutes. There’s two employees at and not once did they lose their cool or show their frustration at getting a nice little rush right before closing, which is something that typically happens when you go to a food business right at closing. The teamwork and communication skills they have going on was amazing. I was the last person in line and I got my food at 8:05 not once did anyone get rushed, they work together very efficiently and getting all of us out of there. I will be submitting a time change to google so this doesnt happen again.

Whoever owns this location REALLY needs to address the young lady working today at the Walmart location on Northern. THIS girl needs some serious retraining. Her attitude is absolutely astonishing. I have never had this bad of an experience at ANY Subway! This is the second time with THE SAME GIRL! This location doesn’t ever seem to find help that is polite or even capable of making a sandwich but she is beyond rude and so unprofessional.

Whitney saved the day… our softball team was in town for a tournament, I needed 24 box lunches almost at a moment notice. She arrived to work early to ensure the order could be filled. So so grateful for her! Sandwiches were a hit with the team, they WON with this subway location. Thank You

Went in for lunch, and noticed a whole new menu. A young Caucasian kid dark hair and glasses waited on me. I asked him the difference between cold cut sandwich and the all American sub, he looked all nervous and annoyed and looked at a young woman who was in the dining area as for help. He finally responded by saying the cold cut was like a bologna sandwich. Hmm . Then after ordering he told me my total was $6.45. I gave him $20.50. When he gave me back my change of $13.05, I told him he owed me another $1. He stood arguing with me over my $1z told me he gave me the correct change. Even after I pulled out my phone and showed him on the calculator he still disagreed. So I asked him to see my receipt at which point I pointed out to him that he put in $20 and not the .50 cents I gave him. So much for the customer is always right. Seems like this younger generation are not taught how to count back change. Something as simple as giving them the tax after they put in the amount in the register can throw them off lol next time don’t be so quick to enter the amount in register without giving them he customers the chance to give you the change on their total and you won’t have to argue with customer or worry about what our change should be!!!

I ordered the turkey, bacon, and guacamole wrap. When the guy was getting ready to put on the veggies, I noticed the other guy forgot the bacon so when I said something, he gave me a nasty look and put the bacon on. Then he started making fun of me with another employee right in front of me. Incredibly unprofessional. I go here every time and never have a good experience. The employees here are rude and unprofessional. There’s only one female employee there that is very nice and professional, I don’t remember her name. But seriously something needs to change.

The 2 store employees did not care they were there doing a job getting paid to represent a company. The trainee was lost looking around while we stood in line for over 20 mins then finally the other guy came from the back and asked what we wanted like we were bothering them But this is not the worst then after all this time they have no bread made or ready what a joke so then i called joe the store manager and while he offered to bring us a sub from another store he also said he was coming to the store and i waited he never came for the hour i waited around walmart very poor customer service and I used to be a regular customer but i will not return

The girl would or get mask over her nose, even when asked twice. It’s no bodies business, but I have CVID (google it), an immune deficiency. She just rolled her eyes and claimed she was a respiratory therapist so knows how to wear a mask. It was just coming down because she was talking. Told her that’s what the wire on the mask was for. I left. I have NO desire to eat food she’s breathed all over. Manager stood there and did absolutely nothing!

This visit all I had was soda n cookies. But while waiting I noticed full bins of food. Now the one star less is because the tables were needing to be cleaned. Cookies were very good.
