Drove right at an hour just to try the Thanksgiving Sub. Upon arrival the two employees that were there seemed very friendly, so I thought this is going to be a good experience. Absolutely not, when I ordered the Thanksgiving sub the guy making the sub asked the cashier if they had enough turkey because they were almost out the day before, in which she responded I don’t know, and she was new to the job. Then I ordered the Italian sub, and with both subs I asked for all the dressings to be put on the side since we had so far to get back home that way the bread wouldn’t be soggy. While waiting on my food an employee and what looked like her boyfriend came in and out several times while she was on break. She was not happy with the guy there that I assume was her boss and let it be known in front of everyone. And needless to say when we got home all the dressings were on the subs and mine had very little turkey, mostly stuffing and bread. And oh yeah the gravy that I bought 2 of for 1.00 extra each had 2 tablespoons of gravy per bowl. Am I disappointed and pissed? Absolutely, to pay over 30.00 for 2 twelve inch subs and get home with that was uncalled for and ridiculous. Use to be my favorite sub shop but not now. Horrible experience. This place is awful

Walked in with wife and just didn’t have a good experience at all. Multiple lights out, 1 of 4 crew wearing hats, dirty tables, and longer wait in part due to crew talking to 2 non-customers that walked in to just talk and loiter. Ordertaker was very polite and professional. Got our food and was totally disappointed. Subs looked more like hotdogs than subs, due to very little meat. Not sure if they were short on product, but to pay full price for 50% toppings just isn’t good.
UPDATE: 4 days have went by and no word from anyone (email, text, or call). Saw where the entity replying as owner says they love hearing/reading positive reviews, but I guess negative reviews are not dealt with.
Additionally to be clear, the Steak & Cheese sub comes with bell peppers and onion. Anyone see much of any of that on there???

Subs are real good. Hot sauce bar was a bit unkempt, but that’ll happen throughout the work day. Staff was friendly.

So in mid January I placed an online order at this location. I have 5 people in my household so my order was $33. A few moments later I pulled up at the location in Lenoir to get my order and noticed a sign on the door. The sign stated they closed at 3 p.m. that day due to bad weather. Well the online order was placed at 3:15!! The online ordering should have already been cut off!!! But I took it as a temporary loss and figured eventually I’d get my money back. I went on the app to attempt to cancel it, there was no option for that. I spoke to a chat bot and someone from Reataurant Brands International emailed me back. I was told they would forward the information to the right place so that I would be refunded. I called the store and was told they have “ no control” over online orders! Well today has been two weeks and I STILL have not gotten a refund! I would even accept store credit or a a gift card. This is terrible customer service all the way around! It was not my fault this restaurant was closed, nor my fault they took my money for food I did not receive! Now this latest email from Restaurant Brands International has said something about it being different franchise owners… that’s beside the point! No one is going to go bankrupt by doing the right thing in this situation! I’m patient, and I’m kind. But I will not stop until something is done about this! I work very hard for my money to provide for my family and food is already overpriced! If I was in any way at fault I would take it as a loss, but I am not at fault in any type of way!
