Food was Great! Waitress was very friendly but we didn’t see her much. It was a birthday and anniversary celebration and they sat us at the 1st table by the check-in counter : /

Absolutely awesome food and service every time we have eaten there. We got the prime rib the last time and it was wonderful. This was the first time I’ve eaten prime rib in many years. I only tiny complaint was that I asked for some raw horseradish and they did not seem to know what I meant and simply brought me more horseradish sauce with mayo mixed with it. Still very good will be going again

Went to the new Mr Lucky’s in the Bristol Casino. The server was great but the food was lacking when it finally came out. Other people that came in after us got their food first. My family had sandwiches; philly cheese and pulled pork. The bread was way too thick. The pulled pork not tender and didn’t have a good flavor. I had the shrimp and grits. The dish looked good but the grits were bland. The pan cornbread was good. The biscuit that came with my meal was dense and tasteless. The fries and potatoe chip didn’t taste fresh and they were barely warm. The shrimp bacon deviled eggs were good.

Decided to try Mr. Lucky’s while at the casino. We were not impressed at all. The hosts appeared to be less-than thrilled to be working. They got into a banter as to why the male host wanted to seat us with a particular server. The female host questioned why, asking if we requested her. Not having asked for anything other than a table, the male host just asked if that particular server was “back there.” The female host finally agreed to seat us in her station. Don’t know why it took them a hot minute to get us seated. We looked at the menu and the atmosphere and realized this restaurant was no more than a glorified cafeteria. We ordered the chips, salsa, and guacamole as an appetizer. For almost $10.00 we were served approx 12 chips, along with two TINY cups of the condiments. The cups were so small, the chip had to be broken to scoop the guac out. Horribly overpriced. My husband got the turkey club sandwich. He said it was “okay, but too small.” I ordered the fried chicken breast with biscuit and a loaded baked potato. The chicken was questionable. It was two very small boneless pieces of crusted “chicken.” Not sure it was really a chicken breast because it was flat, tan in color, and chewy, Some gristle, too. Not appetizing at all. The biscuit was dry and hard on top. No butter, honey, or jelly. The potato was decent but you can’t really botch that up. Within 30 minutes of eating only half of what was served because I couldn’t stomach it, I began having stomach cramps. Our server was very nice but did not pay attention that food was not finished. She just dropped the bill at the table and did not pre-bus the dirty dishes. I just wanted to hurry and pay so I could leave. Overall, it was horrible.

The food was good! The service was HORRIBLY slow. We sat at the table for an hour before getting food, then another 30 minutes for dessert. By the end of the meal we had been there for two hours. Definitely cuts into your gambling time if that’s what you’re there for! Just as a heads up! Food and atmosphere was good though!

If you’re looking for a delicious burger… this is where you wanna go! I had the Mr. Burger and my BF had the Mr. Lucky’s. I was first hesitant about the bacon onion jam, glad I tried it! Ohh and the ranch is goooood for my fellow ranch dressing junkies

After waiting 45 extra minutes past the time that the hostess stated we finally had a table. At our table we waited 15 minutes for our server to greet us and take our drink orders. The appetizer was ish. The lobster roll tasted pretty good until something in it broke my molar. My husband did like the sweet cornbread side. That’s not enough to redeem them as I now am in pain and have to go to the dentist.

We have dined here several times. It’s always a new experience. Today London broil was not warm, tough and fatty. And it was not London broil. Mashed potatoes were good.

Tuesday evening was my first experience at a Mr. Lucky’s, and unfortunately can say my boyfriend and I won’t be back. Overall okay food, poor service, and even poorer management.
