Food is worse than Panda Express servers was good but had to ask for white bowl rice and chop sticks. We was a party of 5 the pork ribs was dry and taste like it’s been warm up. The walnut shrimp & fake fin soup was only thing that tasted good will not be going back ever. Payed $674.35

As I stepped into this white understated restaurant, I knew an amazing experience is awaiting me. White tablecloths with lit squares in the center of each table, topped with delicate white orchids in vases, offered soft lighting to the room. From my first interaction with the hostess and Maitre d, to the team of servers, the entire experience was smooth and perfectly professional.

Average food. Below average service. The food was good but not extraordinary given the price paid; it was average Chinese food that could easily be found in a strip mall restaurant for a quarter of the price.

Had reservations at 8:30 but they were able to seat us at 7:00 (our plans changed) so was grateful for that! We did the family style tasting menu with Peking duck. My top favorites were the vermicelli with lobster, steamed sea bass, and green prawns. We weren’t big fans of the Peking duck unfortunately. Nice ambience inside, staff were pretty attentive but not over bearing.

Surprisingly good! Their white shrimp (shrimp w egg whites) is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The restaurant has a nice cozy vibe as well. Looking forward to go back again soon!

The most over-rated experience I have ever had in Vegas. If you’d like to pay over $100 per person for food roughly on par with your local hole in the wall Chinese shop, this is the restaurant for you. We paid almost $150 per person for less than a standard serving of mediocre meat and veggies. (Like seriously, that tiny plate you can see in the background was “$68” worth of food.) The server kept pressuring us to get the multi course menu, but honestly I’m glad we didn’t since it meant we didn’t have to suffer quite as long. The decor was like something out of a bad ’80s movie (like a kitschy bond villain lair). If you would like to actually enjoy yourself, eat literally anywhere else on the strip.

Great eating experience and attention to detail in many aspects. Good was more than enough for two of us. We got the two course for each.

We wanted to like it. At first, the service was fine until they took our order. When our food came out, it came out all at one time which was fine…However, we never saw our server again- not until after our table was cleared by the water girl who was the only person that came over at all. Waiter finally came after we asked for our check and asked how the meal was, and we told him that we didn’t love it, sent two dishes back (full as they were not edible for us) and that the service was extremely poor, and we would’ve told him about the food if he had ever come by and checked on us. He apologized. He said he would let us know what the manager would do. The GM did nothing and acted like we wanted something free. Very unprofessional.

We walked in for a last minute dinner and with our kids and didn’t know what to expect as we definitely were tired tourists. We were welcomed immediately and decided to go with the family style meal. The waitstaff was beyond accommodating and personable. All of them made suggestions including what the kids might enjoy. Our drinks were excellent. The meal was excellent. I can’t remember all of the dishes we got, but they were all superb and tasty. I know the satay, filet, dumplings, and noodles were favorites. It was truly a wonderful dining experience for my family and I.

Our family has dined at Mr. Chows since he opened in NYC- big fans. We continued that when we visit in Las Vegas. Always been delicious. Last night, seemed as though they changed the chef, making it their worst decision. We ordered the appetizers of chicken satay – tasteless, under seasoned and under salted. We also ordered Mr. Chows famous noodles – gross… more like wet noodles, no flavor, zero taste. We were given a big bottle of chili sauce to accompany, rather drown our food and add flavor. Absurd for fine dining! We complained to the Maitre’d who told us to wait for the main dish – we declined as our experience was further enhanced with the waiter dropping food on my husband’s hand and shirt with no remorse. Interestingly, the tables on either side of us also complained their dishes were awful and sent food back. Their “famous crispy duck” was inedible and looked more a large chicken tender. Huge disappointment after dining many times at his NYC and Vegas locations. Never going back
