I do not recommend this place the food is disgusting was a big waste of money the service is horrible I’ve had to get up from my table and go to the counter several times just to be able to get something that was needed because the staff do not even come check on you to see if you need a refill or anything the picture of the food that I posted is all the food that was left over because me or my kids or my spouse liked any of it definitely will never be coming back been sitting here for a half an hour trying to get my bill so that I can pay for the wasted food and still can’t get somebody to even give me my and yes I’m writing this review as I sit in the that is how horrible the service and the food is and when you say something to the waitress Gabby about the horrible service and the. Horrible food she just gets an attitude with you Pam the manager was very polite and did refund for most of the food but I will still never go back

Everything I hoped for and more. This is what I think of when someone says, “Family Diner,” the service was exceptional, and food was superb. If ever in the Martinsburg, WV area, this is definitely a must for any food loving traveler. The sausage gravy reminded me of my late grandmother’s recipe, so it definitely has made it on the list of places to remember.

First I sat for 5-10 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to take my order! I ordered eggs, home fries and scrapple. The home fries were canned and flavorless. The scrapple was sliced so thin I could see my plate through it. I will not be back.

We only got to see our waitress one time before we recieved our food. No refills, no service period. We had such poor service we had to go up to the cash register and ask for the bill. Horrible place.

Missing items from order. I listened to my husband place the order over the phone and when he called back to let them know we never received the items they said we never ordered them. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for take out.
