Absolutely amazing in every way. The staff was so nice, not only our waitress, but every single member of their team went out of their way to be as friendly as possible. The food was perfect. The sriracha and honey chicken and waffles just blew me away, the chicken was perfectly spicy enough where it wasn’t completely sweetened by the waffle but instead both flavors stood out. I could have probably eaten a bucket’s worth of their banana pudding. Unreal.

The service was ok, the atmosphere was A+ very good vibes. The food looked very pleasant to eyes. But for it to supposedly be “soul food” it wasn’t all the way there for me. The seasoning was def off. Just expected more. Dont get me wrong the food was good but, The ashville chicken and mac and cheese waffles were not as expected. The cocktails were very good.

Tupelo is one of those places that makes me wish I could give 4 1/2 stars . Beautiful. Modern. Clean. What a good experience. The menu selection was reasonable. The food was delicious and flavorful. The service was good. The prices were a little on the steep side. By the time I paid for the food, drinks, tip, and parking, this brunch for two was about $75! Yikes!!

Have to start off my saying the atmosphere is beautiful. I ordered: cast iron pimento cheese dip (delicious!), Mac-N-Cheese Waffles With Asheville Hot Fried Chicken, home-made ginger beer (overly tart) and For The Love Of Cobb salad. My favorite part of the meal has to be the pimiento dip- it was absolutely delicious. The fried chicken was mediocre and the Mac-n-cheese waffle was flavorless & dry.

Justin was amazing! He wasn’t our main waiter, but came over throughout and checked on us. From the time we walked through the door and walked out, he was great. The food was good. I didn’t care for the greens. Also, the biscuits were good but slightly dry. The ambience was beautiful.

Certified Fresh! Best fried green tomatoes as well as grits I’ve had. We went here for brunch and were not disappointed. The food was fantastic. We ordered fried green tomatoes on a bed of creamy goat cheese grits. Along with the country style fried chicken n waffles and the Mac n cheese with waffles. Both dishes were flavorful and harty.

I really wanted to love this place. Reading their menu and seeing pictures of the food had my mouth watering, but sadly once I’d actually tried the food, I was completely underwhelmed.

Went to brunch while a friend was in town. Out server was amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to make recommendations to us. Both of our dishes were amazing, and we had the biscuit appetizer and mimosas for drinks. The servings were pretty big so we had leftovers.

Found this place thanks to TikTok!! Went for brunch with my wife. It was beautiful in Indy today so we sat outside. It was great. We did get to see the inside and it was perfect for social media exposure, date nite and afternoon lunch meetings. The outside area had a variety of seating options and styles. Our waitress Lexi was adorable, super knowledgeable and professional. I had the lunch combo: 1/2 bacon avocado melt add a fried egg sunny side up, bowl of chicken tortilla soup and the greens with a mega mimosa. Everything was amazing. The greens were impressive for a Midwest city..I was born in the south so I have had my fair share of greens. Overall I highly recommend. This spot will be added to our foodies list for sure.

Great atmosphere and good service. The food is good but wasn’t exactly what the menu stated but they fixed it w no problem or second questions at all. Please don’t bother w the green beans though lbvs ! The fried green tomatoes are wonderful! Chicken tortilla soup was bland and the gravy on the chicken fried steak was probably packaged but still not too bad. The biscuits would have been really good if they were fresh so I would def ask for fresh biscuits . The greens were ok and the Mac n cheese I hate to say was a disappointment. This sounds like a terrible review but I’m just picky for good food… I would still return and give them another chance. They def have potential!
