The Vietnamese guy was super kind and welcoming even though we came 30 minutes before closing. (Sorry again if you’re reading this owner!) He offered indoor and outdoor seating, and when we declined the outdoor seating(he was going to turn on the lights), he pulled out a table and extra chairs for us indoors to make sure out big group sat together.
I paid 8.80 and it was filled with lots of fresh crispy pork, veggies(picked carrots, radish, and cilantro) and a light fish-lime sauce. For the price, they were more than generous with the portion of meat (it was packed and I felt satisfied from 1 sandwitch). The pork itself I don’t think was salted, but the sauce made up for it (if you are sensitive to fish sauce, ask for sauce on the side). The veggies were peferectly picked giving a nice freshness (not too much vinegar IMO). Finally, the bread was crispy, light, and is baked from a local store in the eden center!
It felt nice to chat with the owner (I think) about where he gets his shipment of pork and how clean it looked (pre cook) in his photos. He asked us where we discovered him (through a friend) but he said they went viral online and also we joked around too!

However, she gave me a terrible attitude and even glared at my whole family. It was awful — I don’t understand what I did to deserve such behavior. My family felt very upset and angry. I think this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Eden Center, and I will never step foot in Heo Quay and More again. I am a customer, not a beggar.
The two Mexican girls at the front desk showed some of the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior I’ve ever seen at any business. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely out of line.
It is shocking that a business would allow employees like this to represent them.
The owner must take action immediately, because this level of customer service is not just bad — it’s embarrassing.
