The moment we walked in we were greeted by the most wonderful waitress. She was so attentive and sociable. She was so attentive to the point that we thought she was psychic! She brought extra oyster crackers for the kids which at other 99s the kids would steal my husbands oyster crackers. She asked if my daughters wanted adult size drinks which is an inside joke with our family since they always get these kids drinks and gulp it down in seconds. She was very complimentary and food was served fast. We all stated it was our best experience at a 99. Thank you

Went here after a long day of golf. Great location coming from the Billerica Country Club. Walking in, there was a great atmosphere and the staff had great hospitality. Our waitress was very attentive and we got our food quickly. The food was great compared to other chain restaurants I’ve been to. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone with an empty stomach.

Door dash really messed up!!!! He picked up the food said they had arrived on the app then he cancelled the order after getting our food and then decided to take off with it!!!!!!! I called 99 and even though it had NOTHING to do with the 99, ( they had given the food to the driver even told me what time he picked it up and what kind of car he had) the manager got back to me immediately remade the order and drove it herself to drop it off!!! She put a cookie and coupons inside and would not accept a tip! I’m not sure of her name but it was the Sunday afternoon manager! Even thought it had nothing to do with her or her staff she made everything right and made a horrible experience with DoorDash and amazing one with the 99 restaurant!!!! Thank you again!

The memorial was great. As a Vietnam vet I’m so happy to see the greatest generation honored with such a beautiful tribute to their service. I was so honored to see the display honoring my father who fought to gain and preserve freedom for all who were affected.
