This will be my second bad review for Moe’s. I usually love eating the food, but for a while now, every time I come to this location, they skimp out on portions. They cut the white meat chicken so small to where 1 “scoop” is little to nothing. If I wanted bad portions I’d go to Chipotle… If you’re going to charge almost $1.50 extra for normal chicken, then you better be giving a good portion to reflect that. Please do better. The other locations around the area don’t do this, its just this location.

My friend and I visited Moe’s for the very first time, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the general manager, Kenny, greeted us with the brightest smile and an absolutely welcoming personality. The food was delicious, and I was blown away by the free chips and salsa bar—definitely a game-changer. Honestly, Moe’s is 100% better than Chipotle in both flavor and experience. On top of that, the service was exceptional—probably some of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back for both the amazing food and Kenny’s outstanding hospitality!

We pulled into Moe’s as it was near I-95, but it was a terrible experience. The staff provided very rude and very slow service. Adding to that, the chips were stale, and the food quality was surprisingly bad. This definitely isn’t the standard I’d anticipate from Moe’s.

I just have to give a shoutout to Kenny, the manager at Moe’s! He’s absolutely fantastic, always full of great energy, super friendly, and genuinely cares about the customers. Every time I come in, he’s smiling, greeting everyone, and making the whole place feel welcoming and upbeat. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his team.
Also want to mention Anni , she’s awesome too! Always helpful, fast, and has such a positive attitude. Together, Kenneth and Anni make every visit a great experience. This Moe’s location is lucky to have them both!

When I ordered from HERE using DoorDash, and received my “meal”, I didn’t receive part of the wrong order, I received an order so completely incorrect it’s hard to believe anyone checked the ticket at all to ensure the CORRECT food was placed in the CORRECT bag. Different items, different ingredients, different everything. At that point, it’s not a mistake; it’s sheer incompetence.
Packaging food correctly is quite literally the bare minimum of a restaurant’s job. No customization issues, no complicated request, just a total failure to match food with the order it was supposed to go to. If accuracy is optional here, customers should be warned in advance. I won’t be back. I expect mistakes to happen occasionally, but this level of carelessness shows a complete lack of attention, accountability, and basic operational standards.
