There’s one guy who in particular that has worked here for a long time. I’m sure regulars know who I’m talking about. Every time I come here, he makes you feel dumb when you’re trying to order. They are slow at making sandwiches. They favorite certain customers. Other than some of the employees, the food is okay if you get food that’s not starting to rot.

We came in and the employee that I couldn’t tell was a man or women or both, commented on my husband’s body asking if he goes to the gym then proceeded to comment about mine saying they could tell I didn’t go. Completely uncalled for especially since I never said a word to them or anything. Disgusting that you have people like that in your store.

Request BMT. Was told no longer have. Asked what is comparable. Said #18 which turned out to be Superior BMT (just has dbl cheese). Asked for Italian Cheese.Bread. Got home with plain bread, and finally, when I paid the fella , without asking if I wanted it, wadded up my receipt and tossed it. Scratch another Union City fast food restaurant off the list.

Attempted to make an order online. They don’t accept coupons, which is fine. I looked at both nearby locations and not only do they take the coupons, but the base price of the sandwiches were cheaper. My total changed by almost 5 dollars before the coupon and over half the price after. Well worth the extra.min min drive to save $30 on both of my orders.

The location was clean. The staff was courteous and ready to take our order. They listened while we ordered. We sat, we ate, and we left. It was a good clean environment to eat and enjoy a family meal together. It was late when we arrived. The staff did not display any displeasure that we arrive to dine.
