I managed a pizza place for 16yrs and this is unacceptable! Also I know the manager runs the store on a Thursday during the day so a general manager letting this go out the door looking like this!?!?! This is the first time I have ever ordered from here. I will never order again! My kids won’t even eat the pizza cause they think a person put their finger through it. I tried to explain no the person who slapped it out made it too thin in that area and it got stuck to the screen so when they tried separating the pizza and screen it ripped and instead of remaking it they let it go out! Every pizza going out should be a 10! This is ridiculous! If the owners seen this they should be embarrassed! I never let pizzas go out like this. Look at the breadsticks! I paid almost 8 dollars for these breadsticks! They look like they were frozen and stuck together yuckie! Guess I will stick with Dominos. Yall need a new manager or someone with training.

We always order from this location and it usually is pretty good quality and speed wise. Unfortunately the last two times we have ordered our pizza with extra cheese it has not been added. No biggie but extra cheese is almost 3 bucks and I don’t like to just throw that away. I’ll give it one more go before I just quit the extra cheese option or find a place that will add it consistently.

The wings had no flavor (they were supposed to be Spicy Garlic and tasted plain) and the order took over an hour. This was an out of town order for us, and our local Pizza Hut in Fort Wayne would have been delicious and much faster. We tipped $10 up front and it still was slow and cold by the time it got to us.

Decent but not great. Lots of jalapenos on the extra jalapeno pizza but some other pizzas I ordered were lacking in pizza sauce and toppings, especially the extra bacon pizza (did not look like it had enough bacon for even a “normal” amount of bacon). And I think the stuffed crust offering/deal should be at least 2 toppings but it’s only 1… pretty weak. And what happened to the crust flavorings??? They were really good but they seem to be gone now.

This is the BEST Pizza Hut around. They have never got my order wrong and they always remember to put the flavoring on the crust!! Usually a new start up has a little difficulty getting going, but the Manager and his team here are definitely the greatest. Keep up the good work!

Ordered pizza at 8:50 pm. They did not tell me there would be a delay, but did not get delivered until 10:20. Pizza was not fresh as it had probably been made an hour before, but they only had 1 driver on a Saturday night. Gave me a coupon for a free pizza that expired the NEXT DAY. Tried to go in that evening with just the receipt, not the coupon and asked if they could just look it up and they said no. Did not appreciate their attitude or compassion about it.

4 Out of the 5 trips for carryout were great! hot n fresh and made in a short time. With even and freshly and tasty toppings… One time pizza was slapped together, not even warm hardly ,sloppy uneven not attractive pizza and probably 20 minutes before closing mid week. When brought to their attention nothing offered. Other than that one time, it’s been all good.

We travel alot and this was by far the worst pizza hut. Absolutely horrible. Who doesnt love a cheesy pizza. Apparently the manager here who said he personally made our pizzas. I paid for extra cheese and called to verify it was understood which I have done just about everytime I’ve ordered pizza in the past. Sometimes the extra cheese is forgotten and thats ok if a solution is offered. Remade, refunded or credited. This is the first time I’ve ever had a restuarant manager argue with me and provided no solution. Very rude, should’ve read the other reiews first. I would hate to see what a regular pizza without extra cheese added looks like.

We ordered a pizza, cinnamon sticks, and chicken wings. Everything arrived in 10 minutes rather than 35 minutes. Everything was hot, cheese melted, cinnamon sticks hots and yummy. No complaints here.
