Completely forgot to leave a review until now but visited this restaurant at the end of July for a birthday dinner. Was a wonderful experience. We had 14 members of our group (one needing special accommodations) and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Our server Shelby was great and did most of it on her own. Was nice giving this place another chance after having 2 bad experiences 8 years ago. Worth the trip! Get the snow crabs, they’re awesome!

The food was delicious, though it did seem to take a minute to come out. Our server was very busy and was doing her best to check in on us. Not a fan of the gratuity being added to the check explicitly. If you say it’s to be sure they make their wages and thus you don’t have to tip (which spoiler alert you made me by adding gratuity to the check) then maybe find a different way to help them make their wages.

Karly was absolutely phenomenal. Her service throughout the entire night was consistent. This was my first time here in years and I can honestly say that Karly is the reason I plan on returning. My family and I enjoyed a great family outing all because someone cared about their job. Keep up the great work Karly!!!! She deserves a 10 star ✨️

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on this place. My church had a crab feast today and my experience was good! And I am true CRAB eater. The crabs was meaty, seasoned well, and hot! The service was great and they kept the crabs coming. I really didn’t eat the food lol. Because I came for crabs. And I would go back for more!

Visited this place a few weeks back, with a party of 6. We were seated right away once all of our party got to the location l, which was a plus. The service went down hill when we were greeted by our waiter, whom seemed like he didn’t want to work that day. His attitude was EXTREMELY nasty and when we asked questions, he would respond with, “I don’t know, there’s nothing I can do about that.” No matter what we asked. They had a special for crabs and snow crabs, but we were told that if one person ordered the special that everyone at the table had to order the same thing. (Weird) And you couldn’t share. Never heard of such foolishness. One of the people in our party did not eat snow crabs, so we were confused as to why she would need to pay for the special if she didn’t eat them? And if she could just order the crabs and eat them. Our waiter responded with, “No, she can sit at another table and order crabs, but she can’t sit with you guys unless she orders the same thing.” She ended up moving to another table to eat but we came as a group and wanted to enjoy the company of each other but one was forced to eat alone. The crabs were small and didn’t have ANY meat in them. So we asked the waiter if we could just get snow crabs for everyone. It was no point of paying that much money per person for empty crabs. The waiter got mad and stormed away. When he came back, he got sick of us asking questions, ignored us and tried to walk away from the table, until we asked for a manager. The only thing that turned that day around was speaking with the manager about the crabs and how rude the waiter was. She expressed her apologies for his actions and let us know why the crabs were so light. She offered to change our bill to the snow crabs special, which we appreciated. The food on the picnic table was nasty/cold and it seemed like they watched your every move there. Someone walked over to me and advised me that I could only get one small cup of butter, even though I needed two for two people at the table. But the waiter was the biggest problem during that visit. I appreciate the manager trying to turn our experience around but honestly, I WOULD NOT recommend.

Went with my family for Father’s Day and could not have been more satisfied. Food very good and Shelby may be about the best server I have ever experienced in a restaurant of any type. My family really enjoyed this as much as the father (me) and my wife. We will come back. King crabs were really good but too early for the larger blue claws of significant size. All the best to you all.

Visited Micks for the first time this evening to celebrate my birthday! Shelby was great! Food was delicious. Honestly was weary about trying a place we have never been but we will certainly be back!
