For a place where it takes a long time to get your food, you would think it would be hot or fresh. Lots of rotten lettuce in my salad and on my mom’s sandwich. And the soup was lukewarm. Should have gone with a spud. Service seems inconvenienced to help.

So I originally gave service 2 stars but I took one away. I went up to politely ask for a refund. And I learned they don’t do refunds on site. What? I essentially paid for a gross meal I didn’t eat. Waste of time and money.

I ordered and sat down, other people came in after me, ordered and sat down, they were 2 to 3 people, I was only 1 person but they got their food before I received mine, I asked someone and was told “were real busy”, even though when I looked around, only 8 tables had people and most were already eating. I waited 25 min for my food, which was only a half a sandwich and a cup of chili, the chili was cold and like meat paste, no beans and certainly not even close the their picture of chili they had on line, the sandwich was supposed to be the 4 cheese with tomato but it had no tomato. The pickle was the best thing on the plate.

I’m highly disappointed. I ordered the ultimate nachos which is over $13 just to get a small cup of chili that wasn’t even full and a ton of nacho chips in a plate smh. I literally had a couple bites of chips with chili.

It was quick & friendly service. There salads are large a meal in themselves. Tables were cleaned off in timely matter so always a clean place to sit down & eat. Bathroom is kept up regularly. My new favorite restaurant for sandwiches (which by the way are great also) & salads.

It was our second trip there within a month. The food is great. The only issue was we hadn’t realized we were supposed to grab the cookies that were on the counter that we paid for. Which is our fault, not theirs.
Another customer opened the ladies room door from the inside for me. I was using my walker and she wanted to make it easy for me. Which was a kind act that made my day.
I was taking photos in the small meeting area and noticed a child contentedly and quietly occupying themselves off to the side. It was a Manager’s child. The manager/ mother had done a great job teaching her child how to behave. And the fact that she can bring her child to work means the eatery values her and her mental health.
All in all it was a nice stop in to get our food to go.

This place has the best good and the service is above average. The food was hot, fresh, and as we had ordered. We got in a little after 11, and our food was out in less than 5 minutes. I have always had great experiences here and would recommend them to everyone. The servings have so much food on them. McAlister’s are the same no matter which store you might visit. Stop in and try them when you are close to one.

New experience for Greenville for us. Broccoli Cheese soup may be my favorite anywhere. Sandwich was good but deceptively small. Mac n cheese tasted like day old hospital food. Lasagna soup tasted like it, could’ve used a bit of cheese.

Ordered the Ultimate Nachos and had it delivered by Doordash. When it arrived, it was missing the chile/cheese sauce. Missing that of course made it not edible. I contacted Doordash and spoke to the delivery person and he said for me to contact McAlister’s and tell them. He said that he would go back and pick it up. I called McAlister’s and the person was rude when I explained what happened. I asked for her first name so I could give that info to the delivery driver. She refused to give me her first name. I won’t be ordering from you again. Hopefully I’ll get the chile so I can eat what I ordered and paid for.

I’m very sick right now and can barely leave the house. I have t-mobile Tuesdays and there was a great deal going on today. But I’ve spent the last 2 hours trying to place an order online or on the app and neither worked! Clearly McAllister’s want ready for the amount of online and in app traffic! Now, I’m hungry and don’t get to take advantage of the t-mobile deal! I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed because I typically mention McAllister’s to people as a place to go. Smh I am very let down right now honestly. ♂️
