Got there at 2pm, ordered on the kiosk, and waited. And waited. …and waited. A woman asked us if we ordered and we reply yes. We told her we havent payed and we understand that the order doesnt go through to them until we pay, and are ok with the wait for that. She gets mad. She starts talking about how how the order aint back there and how I gotta understand that and all this junk and we try to tell her how usually at our location, someone just calmly calls us up and asks us to pay and that’s it. She get really mad and walked off telling her coworkers how I “am getting mouthy with her” and im “mouthing off to her” when I wasn’t. Im adhd, tired, and just trying to explain myself the best way I can, but she doesnt like it. We wait what feels like another 5-10 minutes before a girl comes back from lunch break and trys to take another customer’s order. She state how she can’t get our order off and the woman comes back and rudely state “its because they havent payed” and storms back to work the drive thru. The young lady behind the counter helps us and we get our food and leave. I am utterly confused and a little hurt. When we asked for the manager, we were told that she was working the drive thru. So I assume the woman who got mad at us was the manager. Overall, 30 minute wait for her to even come us and get us to pay, and another 10 minutes waiting for our food.

Ordered online 10 minutes before we got there. 4 tacos 2 drinks. Got there, no one in store or in drive thru line. Told them about online order at drive-thru speaker, they mumbled something then said pull around. 10 minutes later, got the 4 tacos and no sauces I asked for. Really bad location.

Zero needs to be an option. Ordered Mexican pizza, 2 soft shell taco supreme. Drive through asked twice about sauce. Got no sauce, no utensils. One soft shell supreme had no meat. Shells were old, hard. Large Lemonade was packed full of ice. Got 3 sips. Won’t be back.

If you are looking for a fresh and HOT dinner you come to the right place. The 3 cheese chicken flatbread makes a great addition to any combo. Can’t go wrong with the Luxe Cravings Box. Lastly, Taco Bell nailed it with the Chicken Nuggets and Nacho fries. Ask for the Jalapeño Honey Mustard and Bell Sauce! You’ll thank me later!

The person in the drive through was rude. Pulled up said go ahead with you order. We started talking they intrupped said I’m gonna need to put you on hold..ok then. We get the food. The filled my chips half way like seriously there were like 4 chips. So I go inside. Not even realizing they forgot my crunchwrap. I walk inside the cook calls out immediately crunchwrap like they knew they didn’t give my food…mind you I went in cuz my chips were short…. fast forward I get to my car open up my Mexican pizza and there is a big old black hair right though the entire pizza. Like melted into the cheese and everything it was visibly noticeable so they just wernt paying attention I saw it as soon as I opened the box… but at this point I didn’t feel like going back inside nor did I want to eat anything else from there. Check your orders! check you food!

Had a crack head that didn’t have enough money for his order so he asked everyone else for money.took me 15 miniutes to get a 5 dollar chalupa box .no ice in ice machine had to wait for lady to fix my drink.my taco was only half full and only found I piece of tomato in the taco.the chalupa didn’t look like anything you would want to eat.there we’re flies everywhere,and if you are into guys with their pants down to their knees this is your place

If i could give no stars I would. This Taco Bell location is terrible I asked for ONE TACO MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY for my daughter. They gave us a taco Supreme TWICE! Then when we went back in to ask for a meat and cheese taco they gave us a soft shell tortilla with LETTUCE ONLY!!! I AM EXTREMELY DISPLEASED AND WILL NOT EVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
