Fast and friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh. I have burned my fingers and mouth several times. The employees are always nice even when they are super busy. Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Probably the best McDonalds I have ever been to!

I really enjoyed my visit to this location. I really wish that management would send their expertise to 2 locations, I.E. Government street Baton Rouge, and Stfrancisville u.s 61.
They have very poor service, very poor communication skills and food is always a “I have to go back inside the McDonald’s to get FRESH FOOD, AND FRIES”, These locations have dirty Fountain drink areas all the time, with places are on way to business meetings and need to grab a quick bite, hoping the food will improve!!! Another location is the Florida street location by the college!! Even the bathrooms are dirty. Sorry to report this, but, the service, food, communication is HORRIBLE!!
New Roads location is always pleasant! Food is always fresh, seating areas are clean, bathrooms are clean!!

This is the worst McDonald’s ever!! I ordered and stood there for 30 mins and never got my food. They kept saying it’s coming!! People came and ordered behind me waiting the same amount of time. Then people from the drive through were coming in bc they were getting the wrong orders. I left without my food and didn’t want to wait for a refund. Please hire people that actually want to do their job??? It was total chaos in here for only have like five damn customers.

I visit here daily. Drive thru was a convenience. But sadly to say it seems I’m sitting in line longer and longer and steadily watching cars get frustrated and leaving. And what’s even worse when you finally get to the counter and see your drinks sitting there but there busy talking are on the phones and not paying attention to what they are being paid to do well in all honesty on my next trip I will take a screen shot of the contact info to file a complaint with the owner.

Hit and miss to get inside at night on MULTIPLE occasions. I just edited this post and took another star off my previous 2-star courtesy. Doors were locked at 9:13 p.m. when the lobby is “supposedly” open until 10 p.m. Consistently mediocre service at best after 9 p.m. I don’t think it’s for lack of trying on the manager’s part, just subpar effort from less than stellar employees. My apologies to those few good workers, but the others are bringing you down. Hell, even the survey comment at the top of the receipt says to rate “Highly Satisfied” to receive the survey reward. Oh really, so only if I lie about my experience do I get that or can I tell the truth and disregard your extortion attempt to look good to corporate?

have encountered very few friendly workers. they have horrible customer service skills. went through the drive thru line and when i got to the pick up window the lady did not even verify our order to make sure she was giving us the right good nor did she say anything else for that matter. when i told her to have a good day she shut the window and never said it to me. she never said a word. very rude and needs to be fired.

Good is okay when they get your order right. Someone needs to train them on what goes on the burgers and sandwiches. Every time I get a caramel macchiato it’s just creamed coffee with no caramel. I am making the drive to st. Francisville from now on where I can get my order right each time.

Took over 30 minutes to get our order. Yes we had a special order but we asked for no bun on a hamburger. Then they gave the special order to someone else. Someone told my wife they order there food before they leave there house to make sure they didn’t have to wait forever.
