Ordered a simple as can be ice cream cone and shamrock shake. As we went to pay and our order was read back all I can say is butchered! We tried to tell the girl what we wanted but she kept getting confused (yes, English is my first language and absent of twang, twirl, or incomprehensible accent). Finally what we would think is the night manager came and fixed the order sortof, we just got a shamrock shake. I think the intent of a shamrock shake is for the oreas and mint syrup to be mixed? Perhaps not as the oreos were at the bottom and a mound of syrup on top. Needless to say it didn’t get eaten as it was 1/3 syrup and as if it was toothpaste. Terrible location experience.

have encountered very few friendly workers. they have horrible customer service skills. went through the drive thru line and when i got to the pick up window the lady did not even verify our order to make sure she was giving us the right good nor did she say anything else for that matter. when i told her to have a good day she shut the window and never said it to me. she never said a word. very rude and needs to be fired.

Very unprofessional in here. So many young adults laughing running around this store. Saying customers having to wait cuz they not fixing ANYTHING. I waited 10 minutes for a double filet.
