I can’t tell you how good the food is here since the pandemic. I’ve stopped at this location twice. For some reason, they don’t want to give me food. 1st visit I made a big order with 5 people in the car. Just so happened, we got charged, and my items were the ones missing. I’m already on freeway heading to a baseball game. These clowns should be wearing the Ronald Mcdonald u uniforms since they can’t get a single order right and now make close to 4 times what I started out making an hour when I was 19.

If i could i would give 0 stars! Very horrible service, no sense of any knowledge like it is your job to serve the customers and give good service but they failed. Gets orders wrong all the time! I came here twice and NEVER again returning because even the manager is not very educated in the customer service procedure nor what certain menu items are. If I want something why are you giving me something completely different???? It doesn’t make sense! Do not go here guys they will waste your time and money and make you pay DOUBLE but give u half of what u bought.

I’ve had this problem at this particular McDonald’s for years. I knew better than to go here…their customer service is terrible. They take FOREVER, and the food prep was really bad. Fried dumped upside-down inside of the bag, and the burgers a disaster inside of the packaging. I basically had to put my own burger together.

The bathrooms were rather dirty for having to ask to get them buzzed open. Our fries were super dark , hard and cold so we asked for new ones which were the same amount of hardness but at least they were hot

Lots of room for improvement. Convenient but long to very long waits at the drive through. I believe they’re having difficulty finding staff / employees due to the pandemic. Food is okay for the price. Iced coffee taste varies. Sometimes too much sweetener sometimes none. Ice cream machine is broken 99% of the time but that’s most McDonald’s anyway.
