They take care of you. Amanda is very sweet and as is Faith. Food is the best you’ll find in all of this area. But that’s been known. Price could be less but with no competition there’s really no complaints. Very patient and sweet employees and good atmosphere. More for older people to hang out in but that’s what makes it feel more family friendly. Go for the Jack Burger if you want something sweeter. And bacon and egg burger if it’s brunch/breakfast for you.

Our waitress was very nice and friendly. The Parmesan burger with buttered buns was a bit too ‘buttery’ for me. And it tasted more on the greasy side but that’s more on me picking it… Tots were okay.

I’ve been here enough times to know. It never disappoints. I always think about trying other things on their menu but never make it away from the burgers. The Original Char Burger is my favorite, but I’ve had enough of the other burgers, and they’ve all been great. A full bar, good drink specials, friendly staff, and welcoming space help make this a must go to. Definitely recommend stopping by if you get the chance.

It was great! Had been meaning to try this place for a while as we moved in not too long ago and pass it every day to work. Delicious burgers, very large portions (burger/fries), probably should’ve only had 1/2 ! We also ordered a mimosa and to top it off, probably the best cheesecake I’ve ever had (and this was after being stuffed with the burger). We had the bionic burger and the hot one (not too spicy, just a kick).

This is my first time going to the assembly for food. I visited here some years ago during the pandemic at Halloween time when they had all the decorative booths in the parking lot. That was fun! (Not that pandemic lol). I recently saw a TikTok where they evaluated the Assembly’s bionic burger. The review was quite captivating and prompted me to make the drive out to Hoffman Estates. I think the burger fell a little short of my expectations, especially for the price (~$19). I’m not saying it wasn’t decent, just that it didn’t live up to the hype. It was tasty with their mushroom onion sherry wine sauce. But the burger needed more seasoning and maybe it could have been a bit juicier. The fries were meh – they weren’t hot and didn’t have a good flavoring. I should have maybe gone with the sweet potato fries. If I’m in the neighborhood I may give this place another try.

Great burger place and bar. I went on a Monday night and the place was quite busy. They have a large outdoor area which was almost empty on this beautiful night – apparently there are bumblebees out there 🙂 . We both had the special: a 10oz burger with pulled pork and coleslaw on it. I had it with potato salad (amazing!) and my friend has tater tots. The burger was good, juicy at medium rare but lacked a little flavour for me. The pulled pork and the bbq sauce were delicious. I got a non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri (basically a smoothie 🙂 ) and they also had non-alcoholic beer. The service was outstanding – our server’s name was Patti and she was attentive, helpful and creative with our drink requests. Will be back to try more burger combinations!

Excellent service, quality product, creative menu. Watch your food being cooked on an open grill at the bar. The Benihana of Burgers! Spendy, tho. Soon a second location in Dundee. Surcharge for using plastic.
