We visited shortly after the storm and were impressed with how smoothly everything was handled despite the crowds. The team stayed positive and welcoming, which made the experience feel comfortable and relaxed. Our meals took a little time to arrive, but it was completely reasonable given the situation. When the food came out, it was well worth the wait and tasted great. A strong example of excellent hospitality under pressure.

Paige, our server warmly greeted us, upon our arrival. She is very personable and attentive. She immediately took ownership of our order. Kelly the manager impressed us with her “ hands on” attitude, as she delivered entrees to the tables and checked on each table of her guests later, to insure they enjoyed their visit. I have to acknowledge Rob, who did a great presentation of my pizza. As you can see in the pic, the toppings were numerous with all the ingredients being very fresh and delicious!

But, nothing against this resteruant but I have noticed from several locations that the burgers are not as good or as large as they once were. Like must things the quality and quantity has gone down, and the price has gone up.

Might be the best turkey burger i’ve ever had.. but the caesar salad – i mean, the “everything caesar salad “ was everything but a salad.. literally one handful of romaine lettuce – and they upcharge $3 for it?? Insanity.

The people that work for you are all excellent. I have enjoyed myself everytime I have been in. Just left tonight when I got my check my Happy Hour domestic pint beers were $6.50 a piece. You have to do what works for you. I have to do what works for me. I will never be back. Wish all your employees the best!

Chicken teriyaki burger had a very, very thin, maybe lucky if 1oz. slice of chicken, on 1/2 side of sandwich. Other side of sandwich was lettuce and tomato. $16+ sandwich- very disappointing. More tomato than chicken. Server was great.

What is with these restaurants now? Ken Novel, Stephanie and I went to Red Robin in Manchester Rd. I love that it’s all you can eat steak fries. I can do without the hamburgers, but they’re ok. I love the side of bacon cheese fondue. Anyway we get our food. All of our fries are cold, not even warm. I got a single burger instead of the double. The waiter says he’ll get new fries. They bring my cheese fondue. I’m still waiting on my burger and all of our fries. My burger comes. I finish it and still waiting on fries. They finally bring our fries and there was 8 fries in my basket. Now this is not a second order of fries, it’s the original order because the others were cold. Here I am outside smoking a cigarette waiting for our bill to come and I’m not even full. I should be stuffed when it’s unlimited fries. No way was I going to wait another 1/2 hour for more fries. We were there probably over an hour and a half. The waiter was super nice I do have to say.

Can’t go wrong here. The waiter was super sweet and accommodating. The Royal Robin Burger is one of my favorites! I love the creaminess of the egg when you take a bite. You will definitely leave with a tummy on full. And of course what’s not to love about a good drink. Tell a friend, bring a friend.
