IF YOU GO TO THIS McDonald’s particularly always pull to the side they never have your food ready anymore so they have you pull to mobile order curbside always, don’t go there if you’re running late. I wonder if the manager is fooling someone into thinking there a fast pace drive thru. I give props to the young kids coming out constantly doing the deliveries to the car but not the manager

It took a while to have someone attend us because it looked like they prioritized drive thru first. The cashier took a while to understand my order, it was so simple too. Order came out fine but cashier kept leaving even when I just wanted ketchup. Bathrooms are always closed unless you ask an employee to ring you in. It was an okay service

The past few times I’ve ordered here drive-thru, I’ve had to park in the mobile-order spots to get my food. An employee comes out and brings my food, although I’m glad that it’s hot and fresh, but I don’t know why they always forget the bbq sauce with the chicken nuggets. I stated on the receipt that I ordered it but I always have to ask for it before I leave.

It was good until we realized how messy it was trash cans completely disgusting the floor had trash and most of the tables were also trashed the employees were super nice but they didn’t seem to care a lot(what do you expect it’s McDonald’s your getting paid minimum wage). This McDonald’s did the best ever in completing my special order of fries without salt and extra crispy. I always ask for that at many McDonald’s and they rarely get it right, but these guys did it perfectly! It’s a very good sign that their people care about their customers satisfaction. Thank you!

Good service and especially they brought my food to my table. At other McDs places when you request the table service they don’t, why bother adding that service if they are not going to provide it. What really upset me was that there was a security guard walking around asking if we are eating there and if we weren’t she would kick you out the restaurant. She looked at me and asked me if I was eating there and if I had a receipt, but I had ordered it on my McDs app. When they brought my food to my table and security saw she apologized to me and told me to have a great day and enjoy my meal.

Absolutely disgusting lobby. Inside trashcans overflowing to the point you can’t throw your trash away after eating. Literal trash all over the floor of the entire lobby. I asked one of the staff members to attend to this because I shouldn’t be eating next to trash in a restaurant. She simply said they were too busy. Having managed a McDonald’s several years ago I know this to be untrue. Take your weakest person off of dt duty and make them clean for 20 minutes. Tables were spilled on and left so long that the spills were dried. You couldn’t find a clean spot of floor in the entire dining area. Absolutely disgusted. The health department direly needs to pay a visit to this establishment. Then let them see how busy they are. Probably not to busy too clean I presume.
