Absolute worst experience. At arrival there was a long wait which was understandable for us having a large party but the hostess was absolutely clueless and rude. She was unable to give a proper wait time. She later told me that everyone in the restaurant needed to order food before we get sat and it would be a “liability” sitting us now. She then added an extra hour to our quoted wait time. She was extremely rude and kept trying to help other guests without answering any questions or helping out my family. The restaurant closes at 11 and we arrived at 8:30ish, we were finally sat down in the empty restaurant at 10:45 and were told we needed to order immediately because their bar and kitchen was closing. They had the tables open the moment we arrived at the restaurant and the server in that section was empty. There was no reason for the wait to be that long without any explanation or help from the hostess and/or manager. The hostess was blonde with short hair and DEFINITELY needs more training on how to host properly. Will not return. Once sat down it took almost an hour for us to receive our food and drinks which is absolutely ridiculous for it being so empty. Food tasted good as well as drinks but service was absolutely horrible.

I had lunch with my two children. We got up in the middle of the meal to use the restroom. I told my waitress I’d be right back. The bus boy came by and cleared our table. He even took my children’s toys and put them on top of the food in his bin. He was going to throw them away. We had just gotten our food.

Upon arrival at 7:50 pm and an hour wait I had an additional seating misunderstanding. Terrible customer experience, after I waited 20mins to be seated properly I received an table top order before even being greeted by a waiter for what I would like to drink…. Appetizers were not appetizing the currently 9:33 pm and I have yet to have food at place of seating let’s see how the remaining night goes

The service was horrible though the waiter was nice. Took 15 min to get drinks, after he waited on the table behind us that was seated 10min after us, 45 to get bread, had to ask for refills, took 15 min to get go boxes….. all guesstimated time but still! The restaurant was nowhere near busy. This guy had no sense of urgency what so ever. The ONLY saving grace was that the food was absolutely AMAZING. Don’t know if we will be back; we’re very big on service.

My server were very nice.. Only take away is that you would need to park off from other drivers cuz if they hit or scrub your car there’s no cameras on the outside for your proof to call the cops for damages to be handled.

Didnt have a cpl of items that Are on their menu..I got the house salad w/3 sides. The 3 sides were edible but not very tasty. Either hadnt cooked enough, dry & just ok corn…only 1 soup to choose from. Think was maaybe 3 sandwiches on Lunch menu and think 2 were burgers. It’s not just Cheddars! To be honest Longhorn & Outbac sucked too! How does a steakhouse have No steak?!! QUIT blaming covid! The Service & Greeter were Excellent. Not their fault! Either Mgmt or shipping issues which we all know about these days! Is The Transportation Commish InTheBootyAgain!! He has zero clue what he’s doing!!!
