Bad service they told me their system wasn’t working , I give another turn and it works , they said they get only cash I gave another turn thru drive thru then they told me they get card , the employee that was taking my order very rude rushing me to do my order very bad service his name is Jose , and apparently the manager, I go to the window he was with an attitude he thought I read minds just put his hand out like I new what he needed of me so I gave him cash he had me waiting for my order my mocha frap all watery , threw me the food to me he didn’t even talk to me in the window bad service my fries with no salt my plain burger with salt they pored salt to my burger , asked for ketchup he gave my 3 for my order asked for more and he gave me something else and I told him if I can have more please and he answered with I already gave you some but I asked him nicely for more he crushed them then handed to me then he walked away without saying anything .Very loud gangster music in the back , he came back gave me my frap and all watered down , called to the store asked to speak for the manager it was the same guy that was making excuses didn’t even say sorry for what he did and for his attitude he told me they always put salt but for all my years that I have gone I have never seen a plain burger with grains of salt , never going back there, even if that’s the only place it’s open late very bad and horrible service that I have seen in my life , and he said that next time to order with no seasoning if I didn’t like the way they make the food , or to never go back horrible place and I will make sure all the people I know and talk to know to never go there even if late eating , McDonald’s please show your employee how to give a good service and teach them some manners because they have really bad and horrible music behind like if they were in a club .

I typically have a good experience but not this morning. I asked the young man from curbside to change the coffee cup out because it was bent in from the top and almost spilt. I knew I was going to have trouble with the lid coming off again. He said yes came back with what I thought was a new cup. He didn’t change it out. unfortunately now I have coffee spilling all over me every time I take a sip and the lid wants to come off. It doesn’t cost him anything to change the cup out.

On Wednesday my husband and I went to McDonalds for lunch. Being that my husband is wheelchair bound for now and needed to go to the bathroom a nice and helpful young man who works at McDonalds help me by stepping inside men’s bathroom to check he even went to check on another bathroom which was more private and guided us there. This is very helpful to me being that I need to step inside a men’s bathroom to help my husband. This young man went above his call of duty to help us. Thank you. This is so much appreciated.

The food is good but the place looks dirty, I told the manager the tables were dirty, she said. (I’ll send someone to clean them.) Nobody ever came,we ate everything and still nothing. They don’t care bcuz McDonald’s isn’t theirs and they still get paid. I won’t go in there ever again. I hope McDonald’s sends someone to inspect. The manager was a short fat Mexican lady. I’m a Mexican too so I’m not being racist. Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.

The food was typical of McDonalds. It was the service that was greatly lacking. I ordered online and waited 20 minutes for my food. 4 cars came and went that got there after me. I asked one of the employees about my order. Another 5 minutes later i had to go in and ask at the counter about my order. They didn’t have my order at all. They looked at my order on the phone and then went back to the kitchen. Another 8 minutes later they came out with my order. It wasn’t made right. So again they disappeared for another 10 minutes….
