The drive thru at this McDonald’s is supposed to be open 24 hrs. I have been here multiple times late at night or early morning and have only been able to place an order once. They won’t answer the speaker when at the drive thru. There’s employee cars outside and you can see them through the window but they will pretend they’re closed. Today they decided to block the drive thru with wet floor signs so no one even attempts to order. 11/23/25 at 2am and no one taking orders again

UPDATE!! I got breakfast, a normal McMuffin meal and when I got home they gave me just the wrapper for the hash brown with no hash brown in it!!! Unbelievable. And it’s not even worth it to go back cause it placed through the all and they are gonna drag me through hoops to get a refund. Raw burger, 30 min curbside wait, and unable to get refund unless you go in person even though you ordered through the app. Stay away from this one, it’s not as good as it once was.

i don’t know if it was the nuggets or the hot and spicy chickens that were undercooked, but my daughter and i woke up with severe food poisoning, and all we threw up was chicken. 5 stars for service only because the manager was super nice bringing us the order.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, every single time I go they’re closed between 2am and 4 am because of “computer issues”, and it sucks because I use the app to order and then when I get there they tell me it will be reimbursed but it never happens, so basically they just take my money. Go to another location don’t waste your time.

Order# KN52. When I got to the window, the staff told me my order was not visible! They could see my name and the order number, but the field to show what I ordered was blank. They said don’t worry, that the order that was missing would be refunded to my bank since it wasn’t finalized, and to place my order again. So I drove around and parked, manually cancelled the first order to be safe, then built the same custom order again. I pulled back to the speaker with

Order# OG73 and was told the SAME THING. My order NAME and NUMBER were visible, but not my order itself. That was enough for me. I drove off and cancelled the order in the app. (Apparently this McDonald’s was also low-staffed since they were taking a great amount of time to get to everyone waiting at the drive thru! 34 minutes to get through on the first line. 10 minutes in the second line.) Anyone else have this problem? I’m on the most current iOS and McD app, and those combinations worked FINE at other McDonalds locations in the valley.

Decent McDonald’s for kids area. Have an indoor playground & one of those touch screen tvs for toddler games.
We stayed in the kids area and food was delivered on time & correctly. Not big on fast food, but if you’re looking for a clean play area this one works. We don’t come for the food the review is for the play area

I came here late yesterday night at around 2 am and ordered through the drive thru the lady sounded annoyed my husband was not ready to order so I asked for sometime and she just stayed there quit so he felt rushed. she told us to pull up and no one was at any of the window so we drove and waited at the last window. She looked like she was the only one on shift. We waited there for a while before she finally came to the window and confirmed the order we said yes she looked very annoyed and was frowning as she gave us our food. She didn’t want to talk she just gave us the order and rudely shut the door on our face didn’t give us a chance to ask for our receipt and she left the door so we couldn’t ask. I didn’t want to stay there and wait because she already was in a bad mood we opened our food and the fries were not salted at all they just tasted horrible and the nuggets I ordered were cold and soggy. Don’t come here late at night.

As I was eating my burger I noticed something shiny on the wrapper with the lettuce. I looked at it closer and saw that it was a bug or some sort of flying insect. I had taken a couple of bites already so it really grossed me out. I threw the rest of the burger away. I took a couple of pictures of it.

0 Stars. I agree with tens of other customers who left Reviews. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I put a very small mobile order. One of my meats was missing on the double burger, I took it back. They gave me the same burger with my bite taken out of it but added extra onions? I took it back again saying it’s still missing the Meat! So 3 workers got all confused and took 5 minutes to bring the right burger. By then I had already ate my 10 piece nuggets. The workers were all girls below age 23, 24. And you can tell they hate their job, don’t care about the orders, food quality, or being at least fake nice to the customers that pay their wages. To make it worse, when everyone leaves 1 Star Reviews the “Owner” responds with please go to this website to leave further information lol. How fake can you get. If at all possible go to the McDonald’s near Conway street in Mission…it’s way busier over there but they always get my order right and out twice as fast even though they have 3 times as many customers. And “Owner” you might try hiring some competent workers who actually care about their job, the orders, the customers, etc
