We are severely dissatisfied. First, our order was handed out wrong and rudely. Boxes were smashed, fries (which we asked for fresh) were droopy and cold. They handed us the order rudely and then started to proceed to hand us the wrong drink. We pulled the receipt out and asked to verify the order was correct. She rudely took the food back and said this is what you ordered right then like tossed it back at my fiance. Then she tried to hand us the wrong drink again. We ordered two large double quarter pounders with cheese meals. We do this once a week or so at this McDonalds and have never been treated like this in the past. We paid for two large Dr. Peppers. She went to get them but they were medium so we expressed how we payed for larges. She rolled her eyes at us and went to get the large Dr. Peppers. When she returned she handed us the beverage and said nothing to thank or finish out the transaction. The burgers were overly greasy way more than usual. It was almost like we could drink them and both boxes were badly squished. The fries were in a large container but were clearly much less than the normal amount. They were cold and scrawny and some of them were weirdly dark browned, which was odd because not the usual look of McDonald fries, but might just be the potatoes. This is the closest McDonalds to us and we are very disappointed with the service we experienced today when we usually have a pleasanter experience here. The only one who was nice was the one who handed us the receipt at the first window, I think her name was Veronica. We both agree that she was great.

Everytime I go to this McDonald’s they ALWAYS mess up my order. It never fails. I checked it. It seemed correct and the big Mac had only 1 patty on it. I had to use someone else’s extra cheeseburger and take their patty which I asked for no pickles it had only ketchup, no mustard, onions or cheese. Won’t be going back to this location again. Also asked for well done fresh fries, no salt, and they were soggy and under cooked. Stay away.

Horrible service, they denied to serve my food from a mobile order, because they were going to serve breakfast in half an hour, I got there at 3:25am, nobody to talk to on the drive through, so had to go to the checkout window for them to tell me this. They serve breakfast at 4:00am supposedly, how is it not possible for me to get nuggets and a soda half an hour earlier than that?

Ordered curbside. Waited 10 minutes and watched the drive-thru cycle thru 3 times. Went inside to get my food and all the workers “children” were on their phones laughing and having a good Ole time doing nothing. Had to wait for one of them to acknowledge me to even get my order that was sitting on the counter getting cold.

I ordered the Bacon Ranch Deluxe meal on the kiosk and when I received my meal the bacon was missing and the Med fry box was not filled so I didn’t worry about that. I went to the counter with my sandwich and told 3 people the same thing and they continued to keep working, then a manager asked me again what’s wrong so for the 4th time I explained the situation then I just said I want my money back but you can charge me for the drink , THE MGR SAID TO ME
