I let my daughter walk with her friend to go get food from this McDonald’s. Their order was taken by the kiosk at 7:05 pm. I ended up walking to McDonald’s because it was taking so long. I found out that they skipped my daughter and her friend to allow other people to pay for orders in front of them. I had to request a manager in order to pay for the order. Their receipt says they paid at 7:40 pm ; which is 35 minutes from the point of placing the order.
I’ve been living in this area for over 5 years and I avoid this McDonald’s due to their service. They’re just bad.

They have consistently gotten my order wrong every time I order breakfast. Like it’s always especially wrong and it will have meat items when I’m a vegetarian. Like I’ll order an egg and cheese biscuits and get a sausage egg and cheese bagel. The only reason I order from there so much is because it’s the only place close and I’m disabled and can’t drive or cook and have migraines (McDonald’s fries and diet cokes are great for that). Has to be the worst place ever i pull up to the drive trough i wait 3 minutes. 2 cars pull up to the intercom next to me takes there order still doesnt take mine. I yell hello she gets on the intercom laughing i tell her my order and all she kept saying was huh ? Ok takes my first order doesn’t ask me of i want anything else, puts me on a pause Again . Like am i taking my own order or are you taking my order. This is the 3 time i pull off from this mcdonals and that would be the last time. It would be nice if you had some professionalism at this mcdonald’s instead you got these little kids ruining your franchise. This place sucks horrible. I would wipe out that whole staff. WHOEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE AT AROUND 7:30pm on 1/13/2026 I want to say DO BETTER, YOU’RE TRASH AT YOUR JOB. I placed An order and called in to say I wanted My burger well done for my pick up order, with attitude she was trying to brush me off the phone and fake act like she couldn’t hear me. Then to add, I had My sister go to the drive through to pick up my order and they started acting dumb like if they didn’t get my order when I can Clearly see in my tracking to go to the drive thru to pick it up. I’m sure she went ahead and told the window person to not give me my order or whatever the case may be because he was saying no order was there and he was acting clueless on purpose. Then the second person at the 2nd window was able to get my order just fine. Ridiculous. Fast food or not, have some good customer service. You wouldn’t want anyone messing with YOUR FOOD. Quit & go take out trash if that’s the case. SEEK HELP with your disgusting attitude.

I endured a horrible experience today 10/22/25. To start, the drive thru attendant was slurring her words which took forever to get the order registered correctly. Then after getting my order, I quickly checked and noticed that we didn’t get all the requested contents. I asked to get my missing items and the server was told by the manager to have us go back around and wait in line. Instead I went inside and spoke to him personally. I kindly expressed the issue but he cut me off and walked off. I had to correct the issue with the only person that seemed to be coherent enough to know what to do. The food was all carelessly made on top of the absolutely ridiculous amount of absurdity I dealt with.

A complete fail. Ordered through the App. Clearly employee got offended by reading extra sauce because the level of amount of sauce is gross! When all three bread levels on the big mac get wet as with water and lettuce was soggy then you know this was evil. Also only reason I was convinced by my kids to go was because of the hot honey sauce which it wasn’t on the bag. Ordering through the App grants you enough time to check the order so this was just the highest level of mediocrity. I wished I got a picture but I am so gross out that I don’t even want to think about MC D. There is no science in putting together burgers and fries is not like this is a Michelin Restaurant for the love of God.

Beware of the drive through at this McDonald’s. The young black male cashier who took my card was acting nervous and moving around behind the register like he was doing too much. With the window between us I could not see exactly what he was doing, but it felt off like he was taking a photo of the card information. This was a brand new card and my purchase here was the very first transaction on it. The next morning I woke up to a fraudulent $60 charge from Papa John’s. This is very concerning and unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about having their credit card information stolen when simply ordering food. I will only be ordering through the mobile app from now on so I do not have to hand over my card.

We are severely dissatisfied. First, our order was handed out wrong and rudely. Boxes were smashed, fries (which we asked for fresh) were droopy and cold. They handed us the order rudely and then started to proceed to hand us the wrong drink. We pulled the receipt out and asked to verify the order was correct. She rudely took the food back and said this is what you ordered right then like tossed it back at my fiance. Then she tried to hand us the wrong drink again. We ordered two large double quarter pounders with cheese meals. We do this once a week or so at this McDonalds and have never been treated like this in the past. We paid for two large Dr. Peppers. She went to get them but they were medium so we expressed how we payed for larges. She rolled her eyes at us and went to get the large Dr. Peppers. When she returned she handed us the beverage and said nothing to thank or finish out the transaction. The burgers were overly greasy way more than usual. It was almost like we could drink them and both boxes were badly squished. The fries were in a large container but were clearly much less than the normal amount. They were cold and scrawny and some of them were weirdly dark browned, which was odd because not the usual look of McDonald fries, but might just be the potatoes. This is the closest McDonalds to us and we are very disappointed with the service we experienced today when we usually have a pleasanter experience here. The only one who was nice was the one who handed us the receipt at the first window, I think her name was Veronica. We both agree that she was great.
