This new remodeled location looks better, but it’s a downgrade compared to the old one. The playground area is way smaller, with less seats available. The playground itself is also smaller and more simple. The dedicated room for parties is gone. And the hallway with seats that was towards the restrooms is gone too.

Main issue is the mobile app. I order my food thru the app and past 2 times as soon as I park and open the app to say which curbside I’m in for my order, my order disappears and I either have to get off or call the store cause the option to tell them which curbside I’m at isn’t available anymore. The 2nd time it happened I called the store and they said we don’t have your order, don’t have my order even though it’s been paid foe by the app??? Ridiculous.

Staff was extremely distracted, the only one that was onbtask was our order taker. It was hot and humid inside the restaurant and for a fast food service, we had to wait more than 15 minutes on our food.
