Food was a good value for the money, portions were solid.
Service, however, felt pretty cold. There was no greeting and I honestly felt a bit ignored throughout the meal. It may have just been an off day, but it stood out—especially since nearby tables seemed to get more attention.
The chips were disappointing: clumped together and not fully cooked, not crispy at all.
Overall, the food was mid—slightly above Taco Bell in taste. I considered leaving early, but the chips had already been brought out.
That said, I still gave 5 stars because I think most people would be happy with it, and for the price point it delivers what many expect.

The full staff was looking and treating me and my friend like we were aliens.
The drink came out in a different cup than the advertised picture. The restaurant was not crowded. The food came out in 2 scoops of each item in a the listed items , cold, and dried out.
7 was told I received the special salsa for the day but it was darker than the original salsa we received with the chips for appetizer. It was served warm in the container.
The atmosphere was pretty to look at but a cold negative feel of energy.
People that were sitting after we were received their food way before we did and 2 sets of chips to snack on while we waited for our food. Food taste like a bowl of animal treats.
The waiter disappeared and we had to stand by kitchen to wait for a person to help us get salsa and napkins. Seem like the full staff disappeared.
I would have rather been ask to leave the restaurant.

The food is out of this world! My friends keep inviting more and more people when we go. Once they try the salsa tour they are hooked! Love this place!

So food was terribly cooked. Got fried chicken that was paper thin and almost burnt. Can’t believe that when they saw my food back in the kitchen that they even brought it out to me. Cup was cracked and leaking all over the table. Server was not friendly at all.

What can I say? This is my spot. The food is fire! I love this place. If you’re trying to eat, eat here. This is my go-to in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, and it’s affordable, fun, and tasty. I love the people, and it’s in a great location for kicking it. If you’re hungry, forget everything else and get here. I said what I said; I’m stamping this #1 food place in West Chester, Ohio. Don’t meet me there; beat me there.

Haley was awesome! Super friendly, quick, and really made sure i had everything i needed. She was both bartending and serving and still kept the energy up. Great experience at Chuy’s West Chester thanks to her!

Today around 2:30 not very busy . Was seated pretty quickly but then sat and waited for server for over 10 min to come take drink order . Once he completed that he finally came back for food order . Food came out in decent time but I was missing 1 side and the kids were out of drinks husband out of beer and he never once came back over to check on us or see if we needed anything . After sitting for 20 min after completing meals he asked if we needed the check . Then once again that took him another 20 minutes. And at this point he only had 2 tables . Tried asking for manager was told he was busy doing liquor count . I /we have worked an ran a restaurant and this is unacceptable.

Food was ok. Nothing special. The creamy dip and chips they serve are good. I had a bowl that was not great. Not worth $15
Our waiter, an older tall guy, was not good. Took our drink and food order and that was it! Didn’t check on us, no drink refills, no to-go box. Another waitress noticed we need more chips and brought us some. Had to ask the lady who brought out our food for a drink refill.

We got there early, about 5:30, and were seated right away. Server was very nice and we were served quickly. Food was hot and tasty! I usually eat early but it’s pretty popular so I’m not sure how long the wait can be as you get into the later evening but I’d wait 30 minutes no problem as I enjoy the food.
