These places across this great country are just so very consistent… Great job owners and management!!! The house margaritas are good enough let alone the top shelf which is great… The chips are normally warm and light/thin consistency, then the salsa is good but the creamy jalapeno dip is money … Service normally always friendly and on point… Chicken flautas are great and the rice and beans always very good

This was a solid Tex-Mex experience. The fajitas were incredibly tasty. I’ve visited this chain occasionally on my travels. This particular Chuy’s is the best I’ve been to. I would definitely go back.

Chuy’s in West Chester is an amazing Tex Mex restaurant! Lively atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. The creamy jalapeno dip is a must-try! Generous portions, great margaritas, and festive ambiance. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!

It’s a chain tex mex restaurant that is best described as a Chuck e Cheese TexMex establishment. Seems it may be regional as another location i don’t remember it being so “meh.” Menu options are very limited and substitutions are not available on a few things because it’s pre-made ready for the deep frier. Taco salad, for example has no taco… it’s just a salad with a side of italian or honey mustard dressing. Even the requested Chalula hot sauce is in packets (and stale). Tortillas are not fresh and so on. All in all it fills the stomach, not the soul. The churro bites are also very greasy and overly crunchy, like it was fried frozen or something.

The food is serviceable generic text-Mexican. The fajitas are protein and 90 % onion. Almost zero peppers. The Pico is generic. Of the signature sauces they just are not that good. The chicken was tasteless. The rice and beans serviceable. The service was bad. Likely few servers

Great food. Wild burrito, spicy & extra large size. Guacamole and sour cream pay extra for this side. Taco salad, big and ground beef was flavored, but not spicy. The chips warm and creamy jalapeno ranch the best.

Can we just start with the new menu options? I have been a fan of this chain since visiting the original in Austin 16 years ago. My very favorite dish was the Elvis Green Chile Fried Chicken. Was. It’s no longer available. Since I only get to eat here when traveling, I had no information on this significant menu change.

My waiter was really nice and gave my child ice cream. Brownie points for being nice to my child for sure. My food was great. My sister got a vegetarian dish but she wasn’t too happy with it. It mostly had onions the one thing she asked them not to put on, but the veggies were pre mixed.

I’ve been to many Chuys across the country and they are all typically consistent with their food. This was the exception. The fajitas were not good. The chicken was very dry and the veggies were burnt. My wife’s soup was extremely salty.
