This was awful. Went in and the drink station was a mess drinks spilled everywhere. Every table was messy. No one was in line. 3 people in the restaurant including myself. Waited 11 minutes for my fish sandwich and fries. When I received it it was old and had just an inch size piece of cheese on it.

Unfortunately we have stopped there many times on our route. This restaurant does not seem up to McDonalds standards. To summarize, it is a disgrace. Just check all of the boxes (the bad ones), the food is sub par and usually cold, rest rooms are usually filthy, outside entrance is filthy and greasy, inside always looks like it needs a scrubbing and the slow service is beyond deplorable for a “fast food” restaurant. Where is the owner? My guess is that the restaurant makes a lot of money just because of the location. Where is the owner? Surely he or she must know this restaurant is not up to any standard. Where is the owner?

Drive thru was awkward and very slow. Our total time in the drive thru was 23 min and when they finally brought the food out it wasn’t even warm. We were out of town but will remember to not go back to this location next year.

Sometimes, it is phenomenal. Other times, it’s sub-par. But that’s to be expected with any fast food chain. Overall, one of the better McDonald’s! I’m always disappointed when I go to any other McDonald’s in comparison to Versailles.

First time I was highly dissatisfied I went thru drive thru and they completely gave me someone else’s order. I had to go inside in which I stood waiting for over 10 minutes for correct food. Then today i went inside on Sunday at 9:30 am in stood inside for over 5 minutes before anyone took order. while waiting over 15 minutes to get food there was a lady picking up a door dash order. she had been waiting longer. she explained she is getting docked and bad review for something out if her control. If I could give 0 stars I would for customer service.

If it wasn’t for the fillet of fish, I would never go back. The Pricing McDonald’s has now is utterly ridiculous. There are so many places you can go get a nice big burger and fries for less than you get a quarter pounder with cheese and fries at McDonald’s. I can’t believe they haven’t failed yet. On Night shift, Foods usually cold, take forever to get it, and the bathrooms are downright disgusting. Stephanie needs to come here more often and check her store. herself.
