I liked this place when they first opened and I’ve been going here as it is close to my house. Lately, my order always takes so long even when ordered in advanced. Last night, I ordered my food around 10:40pm as they closes at 11pm, I arrived and checked in at curbside around 10:50 and after 5 mins my food still hasn’t came. I was worried so I went to the drive thru and nobody answered me when I said hello. I pulled up to window and there was a sign that said they closed at 10pm for maintenance (3/8/26). However, my order was still accepted and said it was being prepared but the store was closed?? I didn’t get a refund.

Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location.
When I pulled to the second window, the employee leaned out and aggressively asked if I “had a Diet Coke.” I explained I had ordered a meal with a Diet Coke. I was then told to pull to the third window, where I waited nearly 15 minutes.
When I finally received my order, the employee asked if I had a double cheeseburger meal. I said no, I ordered a McDouble meal. She insisted that’s what she said while shaking the bag at me.
My drink was missing, so I had to ask for it. While waiting, I checked my food it was completely cold. When she returned with the drink, I politely informed her my food was cold. Her response was, “What do you want me to do about it? We’re busy.” They weren’t not busy. And I watched them serve several others out the “2nd window”.
That level of customer service is unacceptable. Being busy is not an excuse to serve cold food or speak disrespectfully to customers.
I understand fast food can be stressful, but basic courtesy and quality control should still apply. Very disappointed.

I understand this one just opened and I’m sure they’re working out everything, but my lord. In no way shape or form should I not get everything I ordered, but when I do ask for what I didnt get. It proceeds to take them an extra 10 minutes to make a 6 piece nugget happy meal. Not to mention. I had to go through 3 people to get that..I will update this if it improves in the future.

35 minutes spent at McDonald’s and we had a mobile order. Very rude and unprofessional after waiting 20 minutes for a very simple order, finally got out of line and had to get back right back in it because they messed the order up. Not coming back

Just came to get breakfast, and they pulled me to the second pickup window. I have had 4 people get their food while I have sat and waited 15 minutes for 2 McGriddle meals and a sausage biscuit. RIDICULOUS.

we were there for 35 minutes. they gave me the wrong food. then we proceeded to wait 15 minutes for a caramel frappe then were told “lowkey we ran out of caramel”. i get it’s mcdonalds and they just opened but cmon
