I’ve been several times and some of the workers are extremely rude. When I ordered a meal through the drive through and requested some customizations and the dude literally sighed OUT LOUD into the microphone. There’s no sense of customer service or politeness. And when they ask you to park in the waiting spots for your order to come out, they demand in a rude way and close the window. It’s crazy that one of the ONLY fast food establishments in this town can be that way towards paying customers. I’m going to leave a review from now on after every visit. Some of the workers are very kind and when I see them there or hear their voices I’m relieved to deal with them.

Waited forever in Drive thru literally. No joke. Had one vehicle ahead and then someone took orders from the other one when 3 other vehicles pulled up. Needless to say. I just wanted my sandwich and Large drink, Sandwich was nasty. Why would you throw soggy brown lettuce on any sandwich? My monopoly piece wasn’t even on my drink. It was a large drink. I waited a very long time before I even got my order. While waiting on a separate order for someone else. While I was there. I don’t care that I had waited for a free earned sandwich. I care that the lack of quality and safety of how brown and soggy the lettuce was. That told me the lettuce was bad: (not the first time this has occurred in the past couple of weeks) unacceptable- SERV-SAFE! I was already disappointed with the long wait the sandwich and get home and no sticker on my Large cup like it didn’t even come with one. I look forward to those like everyone else. If you all were out of them I would have understood if someone said something, but that wasn’t the case. This was curbside. Not even the person who brought it out didn’t mention there wouldn’t be a sticker for Monopoly play either. I waited so damn long the person probably didn’t even care to mention it. It’s the moral of it should have not taken so long. My lettuce should not have been soggy and brown and my Large drink should have had its green Monopoly sticker. That is all. Sometimes I feel like integrity is out the window entirely. I was there for what felt like an hour no joke.

We ordered a large fry and the box was half full making it a small fry and the fries were cool and soggy. I went in and complained and got a hot fresh large fry. Two day later went to drive through and ordered a large fry again for me and my daughter to share and it was half full again!!! My extra crispy chicken sandwhich was soggy and rubber! You could tell it was microwaved! Fast food is so expensive these days and then you get this kind of food!! Check your order b4 you leave and I would complain if your food is soggy and cool or your fries are not the size you ordered and paid for. Very very disappointed in this Mcdonalds!!

I got a raw quarter pounder. Called and informed them, not angrily. The person told me to come back and have a new one remade. So when I went back a few hours later, the drive thru said it was fine and they would remake it but they didn’t know who told me that. I couldn’t remember the name and couldn’t tell if it was a male or female. The girl at window (taking money) was nice and told me to show the photo of the raw burger to the manager when I get my food. So when I pull to next window, an employee rudely just says ” are you the one with the quarter pounder” and slams window shut when I say yes. I not sure why she was so angry but ok. I was the customer who received a raw pink burger. I was the one who had to drive back. I was the one who was put out here, not her. And the fact that I was never rude or angry with anyone about it should have made this whole transaction more pleasant. But it didn’t. Next the manager comes to window and just hands me the burger, no words, just a really angry look on face as if I’d done something horrible to him. So I said, hey I can show you the photo like I was instructed to be previous person. He looked at me like I spoke a foreign language and said, not here, pull over there. So I was very lost as to why he’d have me pull my car to a spot just to show him a photo really quick but I thought we’ll maybe he wants to chat about it? Wrong. When he comes outside to my parked car he says nothing and just waits on the photo. I’m confused at the lack of communication. So I told him hey I’m only doin this because the girl at the window told me to show this to you. He just spooked at me blankly, looked at the photo, and said “ok have a nice day” with the most flat and nonchalant expression ever. Then walked away. So what was the point of pulling my car over for this? Why the attitude towards me? Even if I couldn’t get an apology for the inconvenience, why am I getting treated like I ruined their day? It was all really weird. I’m not sure if this stemmed from me not knowing the employee from the phone calls name or what. But I wasn’t lying. I buy food at this McDonald’s multiple times a week and have never once called to complain. This was the only time and to see how to was handled by management, I won’t be eating there anymore. Really poor service. Unnecessary rudeness. I’m tired of spending my money places like this that treat me like I’m their problem when I finally ask for her with a mistake fo theirs.

The staff was friendly and fast at getting our order finished and everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious! Dining area and bathrooms were neat and clean. I’ve gone to a few McDonald’s lately where the service and food was not that great. This McDonalds did not disappoint!

Haven’t ate at the McDonald’s in Crookston for some time. Was eager to go after hearing the steak egg and cheese bagel was back.
Ordered a few to share was eating one on the way to work and felt odd to me looked down and realized I was eating wax paper stuck to the sauage patty.
I contacted McDonald’s complaint center giving them all the info on the receipt and was sent an email days later that the franchise owner would be sent the info. A month later no contact from anyone. Just a heads up check your food from here, And if it is contaminated nobody cares.

Best Mcd, food and staff are excellent, managers have resolved issues with mobile order several times with great customer service skills, they exhibit patience and kindness with their patrons, they care and it shows.

The food is good, I mean it’s a McDonald’s what can you really complain about? Aside from the fries barely having any salt, Even when you ask for extra salt. Though there are a few mistakes that happen it’s a lot less than Taco John’s.
The service is okay You can’t really complain they’re not the customer service friendly but like a bare minimum casual friendly? They just seem like they’re just trying to get their job done which is fine.
It either takes 15 minutes or a minute.
And I can’t really say anything about the atmosphere so I’m just going to give it a three.

It’s a pretty slow service McD drive through. Cheeseburgers were luke warm, fries were hot though.

Worst experience I have ever received! My burgers were flat and they were made messy most of the sandwiches were not fully wrapped correctly! This is unacceptable! Do better!
