This particular visit was in the evening, after a long stressful day! Our order was incorrect. Our beverage size was incorrect. We didn’t get what we paid for. We got less. THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME I CHOOSE TO GO IN THE EVENINGS. Poor service. Poor quality of food and beverages. No hospitality. No customer service. No thank you by employees. No one is ever happy. Cold, raw french fries. No napkins. No receipt. I was at a hotel for the night with three family members. Closed by the time I could go back and get what I paid for. And well…fully cooked food.

Stopped in for breakfast about 9am on a Saturday. We ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Family of 4 quite a few different things. Everything was correct, hot, and fresh. I’m so sick of the rude employees in the morning. This morning I was explaining to the drive thru lady that hands food out that the coffee drink I order as large is in the same size cup as the medium one I ordered the other day. She gets upset and rises her voice a little “no the medium is smaller!” I ordered the same drink as last time too. But the cup size is the same. She didn’t even let me finish was I was saying either. The whole morning crew needs to be replaced. Every single one of them. My last order they got wrong and when I went back in they got it wrong yet again. The guy inside didn’t even read the ticket I gave to him just looked at the wrong sandwich. Didn’t even listen to me when I told him it was not supposed to be bacon.
