Very nice! This McDonald’s was completely bulldozed and a whole new one was built in its place. It’s very stylish and clean. We came in for lunch today and the cashier was friendly, we got our food fast and it was fresh and hot, even the fries! They have adopted the way of Culver’s and you get a plastic number to sit on your table and they bring your food right to you. It does not have a drink station, but that’s okay in this world of germs. You can still get free refills at the counter. It’s the nicest-looking McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Cheboygan needs a pick-me-up like this.

Did a online order tonight. Food was exactly how I ordered it so there. But when I walked in I was jot greated. No one even egnaliged that I was there. I grabbed my food and left. No have a nice night or anything. This place needs to work on customer service a little bit more. Like I get that it was a online oderder so it’s supposed to be ready when the customer walked in to get it. But you could at least still great your customers. Really need to work on that. Again food was made how I ordered it so 5 stars there. Unsatisfied with everything else.

Just left the drive thru and I was so impressed by the friendly and happy voice who took our order and then when we rolled up to the window, the next woman was extremely helpful, enjoyable and smiley. Customer service is top notch today!

We use to go there a lot, but we don’t anymore due to the fact we are treated poorly. They 6 out of 10 times would get our order wrong and act like we are lying to try to get free food or something and would call us liars, and it’s so unprofessional. We spent a lot of money there and don’t need free food, so when they would treat us like that, we would be so upset!!!

Nice new McD. Faster service at drive- thru then walk- in. Shake wasn’t mixed well. They had just switched over to a new choc dispenser when I ordered. Friendly staff.

Not usually one to complain but what happened to this restaurant. Since the remodel, almost every order we make is wrong. With a family of 5 we eat a lot of mcdonalds but today was it for us in cheboygan anyway. Beverages were not topped of. Was told due to the ice not coming out right and said she couldn’t top it of with pop. Then my double qp came out a single and to fix it they just threw on another patty with no extra slice of cheese. Just never seem to get what we pay for. This had always been our favorite mcdonalds sadly no more…
