Wendys food is always good. The management team should invest in more of an upbeat staff. The lady who took my order was exceptionally slow and not one of the staff walked with any urgency at all. I ordered my meal at 1:17 pm after standing at the counter for 7 minutes. I recieved my meal at 1:36! The lobby was filled with people waiting for thier food. Very shoddy wait times. The staff could do so much better.

Jackson, the manager, is great. His entire team is great. We love going to this Wendy’s because of the employees. They do everything they can to make sure you have what you want. The food has always been hot and fresh. Thank you Wendy’s!

No one is working the counter to take orders and all the self order kiosks were displaying errors when trying to check out. There was at least 10-15 people inside waiting for orders or waiting for staff to do their jobs. Avoid this Wendy’s.

Incompetent workers who are terribly slow and uninspired. I get it’s a fast food place but this Wendy’s could be used to change the way we define fast food, and the staff can be cast for the next zombie movie since they act like zombies behind the counter to begin with.

Everybody was smiling when we pulled up so we were stoked to have a positive interaction but then the dude taking the order just sounded like us pulling through was the worst thing that ever happened to him. Then we got home and one order was an entirely different chicken sandwich. We didn’t get a receipt. This was like 8:30pm and we were were literally the only people there.

When it got to the counter, after waiting quite a while for them cashier to take my order, The young man asked what I would like. I told him I wanted a spicy combo, but he didn’t understand what I was asking for. So I told him chicken clarify the spicy condo on referring to. And then I asked if they had unsweet tea behind the counter. He confirmed that they did any totaled up my order and I paid for it, but I didn’t look at the receipt after I paid. He did not ring up a combo. He rang up a sandwich and iced tea only. When I went to get my order from the counter I noticed I did not have any fries in the order. I said I asked for a combo. The manager called the cashier over and the cashier immediately said you did not ask for a combo which of course made me mad because he’s telling me what I know I said. I won’t be back to this location. I don’t need that kind of frustration on my lunch break. I advise if you’re going to go to Wendy’s at this location, go through the drive-thru they seem to be moving things through correctly nobody was coming in and complaining.

Took forver to get my order. Manager gave me an extra fry and apologized. Did not complain he just did it. There was a sandwich maker I watched she was slow but she made each one woth care like it was going to be on the commercial. She might have been new but I like watching someone making the sandwich like you rider it.

While I’ve eaten here over an over, per my salad needs, I decided to try a wrap.. an this wrap was ridiculous.. there are folks working there that eat burritos on a daily basis, an yet they can’t find a wrap right?!!! Wth! First visit there I waited 25 minutes to a get receipt. When it’s common practice to give a receipt after handing change or card back. These folks need training! Thank God it’s not my store, because I would fire them all!

This is unacceptable. My sister who works 2nd shift was enjoying her first meal of the day and was stunned to see a dead bug in her burger . Not only will she get a refund but management needs to inspect food more thoroughly before handing it to customers. I will be calling again in the morning . Thanks .
