I went to get food and ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder with cheese. Half the burger on the Quarter Pounder was hanging out of the box when I looked in my bag. I’ll post the picture, it wasn’t even that busy. Thanks for the fast food I’ve come to expect instead of the fast food you aim to serve.

Very nice! This McDonald’s was completely bulldozed and a whole new one was built in its place. It’s very stylish and clean. We came in for lunch today and the cashier was friendly, we got our food fast and it was fresh and hot, even the fries! They have adopted the way of Culver’s and you get a plastic number to sit on your table and they bring your food right to you. It does not have a drink station, but that’s okay in this world of germs. You can still get free refills at the counter. It’s the nicest-looking McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Cheboygan needs a pick-me-up like this.

The lady that was working your drive thru second window today October 2nd 2025 at 8:34 pm with pi straight light blond hair up in a ponytail should not be doing your drive through with the terrible customer service she has tonight. I understand you were busy but that is no excuse to be rude to a costumer who didn’t understand a confusing question. When we got to the window she asked “did you get the order with chicken nuggets and two burgers” while pulling over a blue frozen Fanta, which I ordered, “or did you get the chicken and two burgers?” Know that I did in fact get two burgers and chicken nuggets I said the first one to which she started handing me coke and I said “on no we didn’t order coke” which is when she started to be mean and started angrily saying “that’s why I just asked you what you got!” In which I said we didn’t get two burgers and nuggets, and she said kinda yelling now “no you got two MCDOUBLES and chicken” (which was nuggets and tenders which she didn’t previously explain) and I said yes we did, but she had just said two burgers previously, and then once we got it sorted out she aggressively handed me my food sort of pushing it at me and as she turned around said “have a good night” while walking away. And we didn’t even get the correct sauce with our meals. If she is there next time and I revive a similar experience I will not be returning to this location, good costumer service, even during a rush, is important to keeping customers like me coming back. I hope someone talks to her about this being bad and have a great night!

Manager here is super rude. I have an autistic 3 year old that loves McDonald’s.. she is desperately trying to collect the whole series of “little mcdonalds toys” I have a few and was just looking for other numbers is the series.. the general employee was willing to look at the toys that were available but as soon as the manager noticed she very rudely says ” we can’t do that you only get what you get” oddly enough other locations have no issues looking through the toys.. glad to see this location doesn’t care much about their customers and refusing to sell something that should be available to the public.. put this location on your map to never visit with your kids as it’s clear to me they don’t care at all about your children.

Yesterday we went through the drive through to order as it was very busy. We thought it would be a wait. We were greeted by a friendly voice. She was super kind and new exactly what to do. When we pulled around to pay she greeted us with a smile and made sure to actually tell us to enjoy our labor day! I haven’t seen her before but thank you Tasha for the exceptional service! It made our day that much better.

Ordered through the app before at 1020 and went to go get gas across the street went to pick up food after getting gas they had us proceed through the ordering area and the first window then the lady at the first window seemed confused and sent us through once we got to the second window the manager told us that they didnt get our order and that we would get our refund in 72 hours absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend this restraunt to anyone go somewhere else

The food is exactly as it should be expected to be. The staff is generally pretty friendly. Drive through can be frustrating when people don’t understand how to follow the painted lines in the parking lot. Seating inside is small and personally I find it quite uncomfortable, the new decor is hideous and gaudy. Lastly the prices are something to be desired, if I didn’t have the app I probably wouldn’t eat here anymore.
