First off, I want to preface this with that I’ve worked food and beverage for almost a decade. I am usually pretty lenient when it comes to mess ups in the restaurant. Sometimes people have a bad day and I get that. But the last three times I’ve come here, the quality of service has dropped.
I’ll order online for pickup with an estimate for when the food will be ready. I completely understand if things run give minutes behind or even ten minutes. The last three times, I’ve waited 30-60 minutes every time. As in, I arrive at the scheduled time for pickup and the food isn’t even being prepared. That’s just horrible service.
The last time, my food was just dying in the window and no one called my name for the order, so my food was cold. At that point, I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for fresh food.
I’m not sure where in the chain of command there’s an issue (managerial or on the front line). At this point, I’d rather go elsewhere. I love the place, and the food is great, but something is wrong somewhere in the workflow and system of the kitchen.
If you have time, by all means…spend a few hours on pizza. But if you want punctuality, go elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love the food. It’s the closest thing to good pizza in Orlando and Kissimmee. Can’t recommend it enough.
They cover the basics, but they offer specialty pizzas that are absolutely worth trying.

While you don’t necessarily come here for atmosphere, the pizza is excellent! The flavors they offer on their pies are friggin’ amazing! We had a crazy margarita and a spicy Sicilian and have not had such a tasty slice in the longest time! I highly recommend if you’re in the mood for pizza as a culinary art. I have never left a review before, but this place deserves it. The best pizza probably in central Florida, I have been coming here for a couple years and it never disappoints. Pizza is classic New York style, crispy under carriage, great sauce to cheese ratio. They have a different selection of ready pizza everyday to get a quick slice and all of them are great. Fantastic classic pizza, with some great different variety pizzas. Go to this place. I can go with my partner grab a couple slices, and be full for less than 20 dollars. The staff is super friendly and brings a great vibe to the place. Everything about this place is great.

The Hot Honey Pepperoni Sicilian pizza was excellent! We stepped in here on a wimp and it was totally worth it. The pizza has a sweet honey flavor while also being easy to cut through without any hardness. It took a bit of time before we could put an order it but I realize they were busy handling the online orders.
