I ordered a sub online, but they ran out of bread this evening? When I arrive, a gentlemen is calling my phone as I am waiting in line to tell me they ran out of bread. He then proceeded to offer me a free chips and drink coupon? Sorry, but can’t you simply give me a wrap for such an inconvenience? I will never be back unfortunately due to how they handled this situation.

I typically don’t review chain restaurants but there is an exception to every rule. I’m up here in Pittsburgh doing some scouting and needed a bite between rinks. The food was what it usually is at a Jersey Mikes, pretty good with the cold cuts sliced on site.
