Everytime I come here I get a double cheeseburger and it NEVER comes with onions or pickles like it supposed to. I got into the habit of ordering with extra onions to drive the point home that I want everything on it, and I still have to ask constantly for a remake. Take a look at the picture that shows what extra onions looks like AFTER asking for it to be remade already. Sad.

Ordered at 4:40. Waiting until 4:56 to get it. Was asked about the order twice. Person was friendly but could tell the place was unorganized.
Edit: the food was wrong. Got spicy instead of ranch chicken wraps. Had no bacon on bacon quarter pounder.

Ordered from here through door dash. First they forgot one of the happy meals I had ordered. Thankfully my driver was already going back to McDonald’s to get another order and he picked it up for me. Once I opened the happy meal I found that the cheeseburger was basically 1/2 a patty. I have included a picture. I had one very disappointed and hangry child.

The workers have attitude problems and need better customer service skills. They’re always MAD. You choose to work there! I asked for my food to be made fresh. When I got to the pickup window, had old nuggets, semi fresh fries. Then when I asked got fresh food again, the rude dude told me I was at the window ordering too long. Check out the ending results too.

AVOID THIS MCDONALDS!! Both burgers are messed up ordered 2 large fires got 1 fry and it looks like they put a small fry in a large container it was only me and 1 other car there both got pulled to a parking spot as well so being busy isn’t even an excuse just pure laziness! Refuse to answer the phone when we call back as well, All in all just the worst possible McDonalds in Kalamazoo

The wait time is always ridiculous. We decided we aren’t going here anymore because it’s a gamble on if it’s going to take 20+ mins to receive the food after payment.
On top of that, the staff is always rude. You order one item and they say “will that be it?” If you add anything else on they say it again, and again.

The workers here are slow and need training. I placed an order, had to wait over 20 min. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal including 2 sugars for my coffee.. I get back to work and check the bag and not only are the sugars missing, but they gave me a cold mcGriddle versus the sausage mcmuffin. I hate McGriddles they are disgusting and the worst thing on their menu… I called to speak to the Manager but I was told that they were supposedly busy “dealing” with other errors with dine in customer orders. The management here is Horrible as every other order here is wrong. The owner needs to Fire the current management and retrain the entire staff. Avoid this location at all costs, they take your money, make you wait forever and then give you whatever they feel like giving you because the management here doesn’t care. They will reply to this post with a link expressing their concern (as if) asking for more information, which you provide that they do absolutely nothing with… they already took your money… the owner should do something to improve their low Google Review rating before it bottoms out.

Friendly service, food was hot and taste like what you’d expect McDonalds to taste like. Little to no wait for drive thru service. Better than most other fast food service and wait time in the area.

Check your orders before you leave. No utensils, no syrup or butter for pancakes, no napkins and i was missing a sandwich from my order. The order took forever to be ready. They are very slow workers here. I even asked the worker at the window to please include utensils and syrup before they sent me to the waiting area. They need training or better workers. I should have known better than to come to McDonalds…..

Tried going to the drive through, and no lights were on the board on what to order. Set there for a while and got no response from inside. Thought the drive through order station was out of service. Drove up to window and had to either go through drive through at in the end of line or go inside.
