Drive through worker taking the card was rude and dismissive. They did not give me my receipt again as well. Food is always 50/50 chance of getting what you order and then there is another 50/50 chance on if it’s hot or cold. Only reason I still go to this location is because I don’t have time to drive the the location downtown or on west main. Do not recommend.

I ordered a fish fillet without cheese and extra tartar sauce. My sandwich had cheese on it and no extra tartar sauce which they charged me .39 for. I tried to call the restaurant but the phone just rang and rang then cut off. Additionally, the bun was burnt!!!!

I am a DoorDasher and I spent nearly TWO HOURS to pick up a 6 piece nugget meal, an extra coke and one McChicken. I never received this order because my customer (and I, quite frankly) were tired of waiting. They offered no updates, just a pacifying apology. Went through drive thru twice and the last time I did I saw the workers slip out the other side of the building to smoke instead of do their job. I do not recommend this location, they don’t value your time, only their own. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.

Every time I go to this location, there’s always something messed up with my order. I don’t receive certain items or receive the wrong items all together, not to mention I leave almost always overcharged. Staff 90% of the time are nothing but rude, dismissive, and have the listening skills of a toddler-I don’t think I’ve ever seen service this bad anywhere. I’m shocked this location is operational. Best to take your money somewhere else.

Outstanding Customer Service. The only reason I went to McDonald’s was to get a banana mango smoothie, per my GFs request. I get to the window after paying and the guy was like “We just ran out.” I explained to him that that’s the only reason I went there, and he said “Alright, let me see what I can do.” He fiddled with the machine and got out 3/4 of a medium size. I ordered a large so he also gave me the other smoothie available, which stopped working as soon as he tried to get me one, so he did his best and also got me 3/4 full of a medium size.

While the food was hot and fresh, the service was cold. I waited almost 4 minutes at the speaker for anybody to acknowledge I was there, then after paying I get to the second window and they said can you please pull forward we have to bring your food out to you. 13 minutes later I’m still sitting there with 7 cars already receiving their food and leaving after me. The only saving grace was the fries had a nice bite of Delight, and the coke is always on point

We wanted dine in. We used the only working kiosk to put in our order. We took our number and sat down. We sat there for about 20 minutes and were entertained by the ants attacking a fry on the floor. We went back up to the front and found out that our food was ready shortly after we order but just called out the order. They remade the order as it was cold. The drink machine had no ice and the coke was mostly foam. We ended taking the food as a take out.

We ordered two McCrispy deluxes and one fry. Sandwiches were burned. Fries had excessive salt. Took 1t minutes, so they said the food was completed prior to being (probably to stop the timer).
