I am so displeased with this location. I ordered a three piece chicken strip meal and a kale crunch salad. Whenever I got to the window to grab my food, I was told my kale salad was not ready and to park and wait for it to be brought out. Okay cool, I did. I waited over 10 mins for my food to be brought to me and when it was, the fries were soggy and and the chicken taste a bit under cooked. I decided to leave the salad for later in the day, but whenever I went to eat it after several bites along with my two year old, I felt a piece of hair wrapped around my tongue. I immediately spat it out and low and behold it was a LONG BLONDE/BROWN HAIR SITTING IN THE BOWL. I am so disgusted and based the experience at the location and now the hair in my food. I will never go back to this location!! So gross. I have attached a picture for reference!

I am the Executive Director of a Senior Living Community called Mariposa. We do outings with our memory care residents to local restaurants. We recently went to the Chik Fil A on Lantana and Jog road. What an incredible team. They welcomed our residents and team members with open arms. They would not let us pay for them and even treated our resident’s who could not come with a tray of cookies and brownies. Talk about giving back to the community. I am amazed at the kindness and compassion this team provided to our Mariposa Family. Plus the food is yummy!! Thank you so much for your warmth and generosity. We appreciate you all!!

First time experiencing the food, customer service, and company culture. First, the food was great. The chicken is really something special. I tried the regular sandwich, spicy sandwich and the Cobb salad. The salad was my favorite actually and I would eat it anytime. The customer service was great. Employees opened the door for us, they served with a smile, gave us ample time to figure out what we wanted, and made some good recommendations. I would prefer that the work on some lower calorie options. That would be great!

I online ordered breakfast and marked that I was there at 10:30!! 10:30 on the dot and breakfast was over. They are strict with Breakfast times! Be there before, so you can ensure you get Breakfast. I do however LOVE the grilled spicy deluxe sandwich!!! My favorite ever! I hope that it becomes permanent. The cilantro lime sauce makes it even better

A year ago I had rated this place 5 stars. But today I had ordered a sandwich and when I opened the bun I noticed alot of hairs inside. Looked like beard hair. Thankful they replaced my meal. But that is something that should not happen in the first place. Very likely not dining here again.

Went to pick delivery up and me and another delivery driver stood there for a good 10 minutes after I kept trying to get their attention and being ignored. There were at least 4 or 5 people standing around by drive-thru window that kept watching us but didn’t ask if we needed help. After about 15-20 minutes the manager rudely asked if we been helped knowing that we haven’t cause he was to busy on his phone

It’s chic fil a. We all like the food. My only complaint is the lack of speed in their drive thru. If you do not have a minimum of 25-30minutes to wait, even if you’re the 4th vehicle in line go inside. It’s quicker than the drive thru.
