If I could give no stars, I would. The food never tastes fresh and is barely warm. I asked for no mustard and got extra. The customer service is less than friendly..not even really civil. I’ve only been here 3 times. This is my last time. 3 strikes and you’re out!

Great food, prices are too high but they’re high everywhere. That’s why I don’t go and eat out very often. Discovered the New Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Excellent. A bit pricey but excellent!

My niece loves playing in the play place… I like the kisok ordering system the only complaint I have is that I couldn’t add Mac Sauce to my cheeseburger .. Other than that very nice environment for the kids to play and it was clean!!!

Do not come to this location if you don’t want to waste your money and your time. I understand things happen, and there’s big flow of new people all the time, but every single time I come to this location my order is messed up and they never fix it. They need new employees all the way around because they are beyond rude and (legitimately do not care) as the person in the window told me. This place is an absolute wreck and I have no idea how the superiors haven’t noticed and done anything.

Lady who took order maybe had a rough day. She was little rude to take orders from customers – at least from what I experienced. The quantity for a happy meal is just overpriced compared to the quantity. My 6y.o son from the back seat saw his bread like that(see the picture) wondered if it expired or something- ended up being tossed. Only 5 cuts of fries on the men. Not sure if the review will change anything but I get you get what you pay for!

The majority of the staff were fine. I asked for a straw and got the rudest response from the cashier though. Sorry I didn’t see them next to the goofy pickup window. I was busy trying to corral my two young children. It must have been a huge inconvenience for him to speak to me. If he hates his job that much he should quit. ✌️

What a nightmare. Sorry I stopped. Employees seem to think the guests are a nuisance and one even cursed at us when the driver didn’t want to leave the window without the food. Finally went in and asked where our food was. Said we have been waiting for 12 minutes. Employee replied we had not been waiting that long. Explained their receipts are time stamped. And the original young lady who cursed at us felt the need to be confrontational with me and approached the counter to further ‘mouth off’. They didn’t even hand me the food. Set it on the counter and pointed to it and said “There’s your food”.

Never really go here but happened to be in the area. Of the three or four times I’ve been here, my order is never right. Sometimes it’s as simple as my sprite not having any syrup in it so it tastes like carbonated water. Today they forgot my 10 piece and when I called to try to remedy it (to avoid driving back up), the manager was entirely rude. I was pleasant and upbeat but even with my receipt, she wouldn’t work with me. I’m aware you can get coupon codes, partial refunds, full refunds, etc. I just wanted a coupon for next time or a refund for the food I didn’t receive, but I guess she would rather adopt a lousy tone and speak down to me. This McDonald’s is probably the worst one in Dayton.

This location is not one of my normal restaurants. But the first time I’ve been there in a while I was pulled into spot one. Waiting on my food for over 20 minutes. Had to go back through the drive-thru. But the staff was kind and very apologetic. Things happen just be patient. If your few doesn’t arrive in a set amount of time just go up slightly and ask for it. But beyond that I still recommend this location.
