We ordered some strawberry banana pancakes for delivery & received our food with the sauce already on it & with the bananas smashed into the pancakes. I called to get a refund & got told that’s how it’s supposed to be & the manager isn’t there. These pancakes were $12 with no sides included so I expect to get a decent meal. Also the person on the phone interrupted me several times.

ordered fried cheese sticks from children’s menu. I didn’t know i money got 6 sticks for 9.99. it wasn’t worth it. I was told it was a upcharge. didn’t know 9.99. most of the time the waitress will bring u the receipt, then u pay. he didn’t do that. he told me the total price. I questioned him. he went over the receipt. he claims to enter something twice. I ask for the receipt to review. that when I seen the cheese sticks. when the waitress gave me the hand held tablet to pay, the %18 was already highlighted.

Went on Christmas day. Very thankful that they were open. Service was wonderful. We all had breakfast foods. It was good. It is hard to screw up eggs and bacon. Wait staff was great for having to work on a holiday. Many many thanks to them.

This place was amazing friendly nice welcomed me in with a warm sincere smile. The gentleman was named Nakari and his service was beyond appreciated and fantastic. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a great dinner and or lunch or breakfast.

Last minute choice during the work week. Server was prompt and very efficient. It was surprisingly busy in there for a midweek morning around 9am.
The food was GREAT! My wife loved her blueberry pancakes. My meal was $6 for an egg, cheese and meat omelette with (2) pancakes, it was delicious! (That’s the reason our pics show empty plates lol)
Good value, wonderful atmosphere and a clean facility. a must!

Honestly, they need to hire more than two waitresses. It’s not the worst but it took me an hr to get my food, I had to ask for the bill and to go boxes because I was going to be late. But the kicker was, there were only 8 people there with me. Service is just overwhelmed.

Went to Ihop around 9 AM. Not very busy. Waited almost 10 minutes before someone came to seat us. Waited another 10 or more minutes before getting our coffee and placing and order. Took almost a half hour to get our food and was just getting ready to get up and leave when waitress brought our order. Appeared to be only one waitress working. Very few customers, so could not understand why the long wait for our order.

Nice location in a shopping center. The restaurant was not busy. Service was not bad. Short wait to be seated. Place was clean. Food was good. Presentation was a little sloppy. My sunnyside eggs was not really sunnyside. The omelette was not wrapped well, falling apart. The pancakes was more on the burnt end, unless that’s how its supposed to be. I would say the chicken tender was also overcooked as you noticed in the photos.

Had pretty okay service, waited 15 mins to get drink orders in, food was not good. Got served raw eggs, and food was cold. Pretty sure I got food poisoning and over heard staff talking to another table after their food wasn’t cooked either, that their gm that was in is rude to staff and not a friendly guy. Please take care of your staff and let alone make sure they know how to cook?! I’ve seen so many reviews on how the food is terrible or undercooked, or drama with staff.
