McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Just tried ordering 2 happy meals and #2 b meal. The kid taking my order in the drive through couldn’t even talk or comprehend my order. I asked for Ketchup and Pickles only 3 times and he kept saying Pickles. I pull forward and the kid was clearly not sober. Asked for the manager and he clearly could nor handle the situation as the original kid just sat there laughing with his blood shot eyes. Manager noticed it and told the kid to leave. The manager looked at the kid and agreed that there was something wrong with him. The manager knew I was clearly upset and refused to serve me to deescalate the situation which I’m totally fine with. Good work by the manager on duty!

For two years, the ice cream machine has been broken every single time we go through the drive thru. And today the smoothie machine is broken. How can this be? At this point I no longer even believe what they are saying. The McDonalds on 91st and Union Hills is a much better option. I only go through this one when I just have no other good choices due to time.

McDonald’s has been my go-to fast food restaurant for years, and for good reason! Their food is consistently tasty and satisfying, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly, making for a great dining experience. I also appreciate their commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing, which is evident in their menu offerings and packaging. Overall, McDonald’s is a great fast food restaurant that never disappoints. 5 stars!

Submitted an order via the app. Pulled into curb 5. Typed into app that I was in spot 5 then it gave me my receipt to confirm. One sandwich, two fries, and a pie. Shouldn’t take long waited about 15 mins. Went in and the worker, with one good eye, told me I didn’t submit my spot and it was my fault that I waited so long and then told me that he didn’t have time to argue with me and left to grab a manager. The manager on duty was friendly. He told me the app had an update a few months ago and this issue has happened with others as well. He was apologetic. The first worker was not friendly and not disciplined for his attitude. Every time I go to this location on 83rd and thunderbird, it’s hit or miss if I have a good experience.

I’ve updated my rating to 1 star, I’d give them less if it were possible, I must admit this location has impressed me, I never knew before one location could come up with new ways to decrease the service they provide everything they’re given another chance. I’ve had cold food, wrong items, missing food, overcooked/burnt food.

We ordered through the app for a instote pick up. When we arrived the lobby was locked. We pulled into the drive thru, we waited for 20 minutes to get to the speaker. The girl came on and said they’re not taking orders at the time, I told her we had ordered online for in store pickup, she said to go to the second window and tell them. We got to the window and the guys inside looked at us like we were aliens. I told them that we had an online order that we paid for and they shut the window and finally came back with out bags and the kid aggressively handed them to me. I sat there and waited for him to open the window again and asked for ketchup, he gave me attitude and handed me some. The food was already cold and old at that point. If they’re going to close two hours early they shouldn’t except online orders

Went to the drive thru, gave my mobile app code and paid full price for the BOGO!!! No one will answer the phone and gave a bad review on the website on the receipt. You can’t trust these people. I won’t return… ever…

Last 3 times I’ve been there in a year, either the debt machine was broke or no one answers on the speaker. I have driven away 3 times. I have seen mcdonalds with construction operate better.

Disappointed by being served cold bacon cheese burger with NO packets of catsup, No salt/pepper etc in the DRIVE THROUGH! Of course, I only discovered the poor service as I pulled away from the window! At least the fries were adequate to help my blood sugar. But the burger tasted like cardboard without heaps of the magic of catsup!
