I waited over 15 minutes to get our food through the drive through. I ordered 2 happy meals I’ll say the food was fine but the customer service was terrible when I noticed that the soda was over an inch away from the top I asked them to finish filling it (the guys nametag looked like Matt) he proceeded to take the cup and fill it with ice. I asked if he really just did that then slammed the door and walked away. He brought back the food and I left I called and watched him pick up the phone. I asked did I really just see you purposely do all of that. He said drinks are “autofilled and if I had a complaint I could call corporate and his name is Brian” Brian or Matt whatever his name was is apparently a manager. So I’ll say this experience made me not want to ever come back and if I’m in a hurry to get food or drinks I’ll just go across the street rather than deal with the attitude from this “manager” DO NOT COME HERE GO TO THW LOCATION ON BELL

I am highly upset with this McDonald’s location. They constantly disappoint me every time I go even when I order off of DoorDash, they’re always forgetting something and it’s like the main portion of the mail like the burger that will be missing. They never own up to their mistakes and they don’t do anything to try to make it right, especially for someone like me that lives across the street so I go there a lot tonight just completely upset me and made me wanna read review because I am shocked at the behavior of the employees I worked at McDonald’s in my past for over six years and I know that they strive on having excellent customer service and fresh food so to see that the employees and the manager all have nasty attitudes and refused to make things right for the customer blows my mind let me tell you what happened . I go to McDonald’s and I order a big Mac meal a fish fillet and a kids meal. The girl charges my card. I get to the second window. They gave me a big Mac meal a kids meal and a two cheeseburger meal before I even noticed what was in the bed. I asked the employee at the window if I could have four ranch he said I can give you two I don’t think I can give you four I specifically know that McDonald’s is not charged for ranch so for him to deny me the sauces that I’m asking for even if I’m willing to pay for them is absolutely unacceptable so anyway, I see my food and I tell the gentleman at the drive-through window that this is incorrect he tells me hold on. He needs to talk to his manager close the window in my face. The manager comes back and asked me. Hey what’s wrong? I told him this is not what I ordered. I should not have a two cheeseburger meal I should have a fish fillet meal. He proceeded to close the window and told me to hold on went and grabbed my receipt from the back, which was never given to me and proceeded to tell me that he is going to need to take the bag of food back and refund me for my order and recharge me for a fish fillet. I told the gentleman that that is not the correct way to handle this situation the money that you’re refunding me back to my card it is not gonna go on there for days so you’re asking me to double pay for my meal when it is you guys‘s mistake and my hearing you correctly, he literally tried to argue with me. I asked for my receipt and let him know that I would be calling corporate and also doing a review I am so upset when people go to McDonald’s we expect to have the same service and our food should always be the way that we ordered it especially with today’s economy and people spending money in this establishment when the employees messed up which I understand that happened they are human. They are specifically trained on how to go and Above and beyond for the mistakes and firstly apologize none of that happened tonight at this point I feel like I’m completely wasting money with McDonald’s. I never get what I order and it’s a hassle to get things fixed and when I order online things just literally don’t show up because of them not putting the correct things in the bags. It’s just completely upsetting. I had a 12 hour day today took my kids it is and then I drove home and decided to stop at McDonald’s so I didn’t have to cook and they pretty much left me with two cheeseburgers and didn’t care that that’s not what I ordered. It’s very unfortunate. I really hope that this McDonald’s gets it together because this location is in Peoria. This is a nice city in a nice neighborhood and we need establishments that are going to match the energy of the citizens that use their McDonald’s every day

50/50 mobile app and managers at this establishment. Let them know that mistakes were made and didn’t care to help . Updated: You wanna help as an owner. Get a manager shirt on and go handle your business I’m not clicking a link to explain. I was patient and courteous when speaking to staff. I explained the situation and mind you from when I ordered till I picked it up in lobby my food took 45 min to come out.

Went to this location around 7pm. We were 2nd in line at the drive thru, order taker didn’t switch over to our lane and we got skipped.
Got to the first window to pay, there was an employee twerking in the background to a fellow coworker.
Got to the 2nd window, the employee was either half asleep or stoned. No greeting at the window, just hands over the drink (no straw), bag of food. When he was asked for a straw, he said they were all out. Poor ordering or lazy stocking, but a notice without prompt would have been nice. No napkins or condiments in the bag
This location has been a constant disappointment, but the food was warm this time and they didn’t ask us to pull forward and park for once.

Horrible experience all around. I waited over an hour for my order, only to get cold chicken nuggets, soggy French fries, and a cold Big Mac. I specifically asked for no salt on the fries, but they came salted anyway. To make it worse, they didn’t remove the lettuce from the Big Mac as I requested, and they completely forgot one of the cheeseburgers I ordered! The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the food is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of time and money. Never coming back

They really tried hard and were very nice but my sausage egg mcmuffin was filled with egg shells. So much that it was not edible. Please try to be more careful with the egg shells, I tried to feed it to my toddler

Went through the drive thru. Food was great but the service was terrible. The person over the speaker was extremely rude from the beginning. I work in food service, I know you have bad days sometimes. This women was just flat out disrespectful. I wish I could’ve grabbed her name.

Not bad.. was fast and actually freshly cooked. Still [getting] too expensive for the continued decline in quality and size, but a better breakfast sandwich than I’ve had in awhile [at McDonald’s].

Everytime I come for breakfast they absolutely just will do everything and anything to not serve it. I placed my online order and when I came to pick it up they said its lunch time and i have to wait a few days for the refund. What a joke I paid for it and they didnt make it. Quote on quote. No apologies just rude customer service.
