About 3 weeks ago we went (dine in) and everything was excellent. I can’t say that for today while ordering for pick up through the app. I scheduled a pick up order worth about $80 for a set schedule at 5pm. Did my order at 3.:50pm. I get there at 4:55pm, went back to my truck and EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!!! literally COLD!!!!! So I check my receipt and it says 4:08pm …..so you’re telling me my order has been sitting there for close to 50 minutes?!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! NEVER AGAIN. I hope the manger Alex Sandoval sees my comment. This sir, is ridiculous. I set a specific time to pick up and I expected my food to be freshly made NOT FREAKING COLD!!!!! I suppose if you don’t mind cold food sure ordering online is good for you. And if you don’t mind feeling sick afterwards. Not worth the money.
