Ordered curbside and waited 30 minutes. Went inside and was told the printer went down and they didn’t know what was what for orders. Maybe don’t clear the queue before you serve in an attempt to pad your metrics.

This restaurant gets too much business for its location. It’s a small town and it’s preferred by the area. They have a high turn over rate. They are struggling with the extra orders from door dash ect as well they need to just add another in the area possibly put one in vine grove which is between Radcliffe and Brandonburg there is plenty on open land between the two

The only thing I don’t like is the long wait times in the line or even mobile orders where they bring it out to you. No matter what, it’s always a long wait time. But the food is good and they usually have the drinks I want which is a big plus.

The service was very slow and lacking, too! We waited in line for 30 minutes and ended up receiving a diet coke instead of the regular coke that I ordered! They have actually gotten better at keeping the line moving along, pretty good. 9/24/22, we went through the drive thru this morning and they were doing very good at getting the orders taken and kept the line moving. 6/14/23, we stopped in here for a quick bite since we didn’t have time to cook something. We finally got someone to take our order and then we’re instructed to ‘pull up beside the flag pole’, then we waited for about 16 minutes. That’s not the screwy part, though, because my wife went in to find out what was going on. She said, our food, in a big bag, was sitting on the counter with other orders. It sat there long enough for some of our food to get cold.
