Beware the drive threw cashier is a thief tried stealing $20 buy saying we didn’t pay . Be very cautious make them give you a receipt. Before pulling forward.. this seems to be getting more common with these places. They should screen employees better.

This place seems PRIMARILY a drive through. You can go in, which we did, but during heavy traffic hours, this place backs up tremendously. We ended up waiting close to an hour for our food.
The staff were friendly and heppful though, and the food was standard McDonald’s. Nothing special.
So, if you go during peak hours and really need that Big Mac, decide whether you want to sit inside for an hour or sit in your car for an hour.

The parking lot is entirely not big enough for the volume of customers. The mobile order pick up spots are usually always filled up and not from people waiting. People like to park there after getting their food from inside and sit and eat, taking up a spot for someone who ordered online and needs a number. Went inside to order thinking it would of been faster….nope. listening to the lady who I think was manager, she was being loud and rude to the employees. I don’t think its appropriate to hear someone being told loudly to not worry about one area and to only take care of the people I their area. I thought mcdonalds employees worked as a team? I kinda felt bad for the emplyees.

Typical McDonald’s, fast food that isn’t so fast if you order inside… everyone seems to focus on the drive through. I only eat there if I’m on the go as it’s just gotten far too expensive for what it is and frankly, they need to step it up or I won’t be eating there at all. The quality and portion size has gone down exponentially.

I found hair in my chicken nuggets, when I called the store the person who answered the phone not only was she rude, but also refused to give her name and hung up on me. When I called again the same thing no one helped but were rather unprofessional.

Asked for a mcgriddle and received just the pancake. I was told there are different mcgriddles and that I have to specify that I want meat on it. I was informed that ordering just the pancakes is normal. I don’t even see that as an option. $6.76 for some mini pancakes and a slice of cheese.

The cleanest McDonald’s I have been to for a long time. You couldn’t ask for better service and the food was cooked perfectly. I usually don’t stop at McDonald’s except for a coffee now and then, and a frappe when on a trip, so was I shocked when someone opened the door for me and offered to carry my food to the table for me. The ladies working there were so nice. I loved my experience there, I don’t live in Brandenburg, KY, but if I did I would drop by here on a regular basis. Try for yourself, and you will be very glad you did. I will probably make an excuse to return to Brandenburg , the people here seem so great, Gil
