Wow is all I can say. Super slow, very rude, and food was old and terrible. Employee was mad I adked for ketchup for fries. Had to go back in bc she didn’t put straws or spoons in bag. How do you screw up ice cream? Only filled it up 3/4 of cup. Won’t come back here again!

October 21st brought my monopoly piece in for a bacon egg and cheese. I was told that they aren’t doing monopoly anymore and then the manager says she doesn’t have time for that. On top of that my order was wrong twice in a row.It’s just fast food not rocket science

I frequently go here with the family. I’ve never had the problem I had tonight in almost 5 years that we’ve gone to this one. Service was decent. But one of the hamburger patties on my DQP deluxe was raw. I even sent my son who is a cook a picture & he was shaken by it. Needless to say, I couldn’t eat it. I normally go to this one because it’s a mile from my house & most of the staff is pretty friendly. But this experience just made me decide to never go back. Honestly makes me not want to go to any McDonald’s anymore.

It’s truly disappointing how people play with others’ time. Whatever the reason or the type of order, I believe they should respect the time of those who are waiting. It’s not justifiable to argue about who will handle the order while we’ve been waiting for more than 10 or 15 minutes. They should be more considerate and show some humanity toward people who also work and value their time.

Laura greeted me with a warm smile and called me by name in the sweetest way (mobile app). I normally don’t rate McDonald’s because it’s just fast food, and mediocre is expected, but Laura was awesome!!!! She looked like she was happy to see me and that she was happy to be there. That’s highly uncommon in any fast food place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s between 5:30 and 6:00 PM. I went through the drive-thru to get ice cream for my siblings and a coffee for my parents, but the girl claimed the ice cream machine was broken. This was clearly untrue, as I immediately parked and ordered the ice cream through the app without any issues. This not only wasted my time but also showed a lack of transparency and poor customer service. I’m extremely dissatisfied and hope this is addressed promptly.

Unfortunately, I have to give this McDonald’s the minimum of one star as a result of my daily visit for seven days in a row (business) ended by switching to a nextdoor restaurant. Get ready to engage with a rude crew, manipulative, shady, not clean (I dislike saying dirty), and they intentionally switched my order though keeping the same price (higher) later they say it was accidental, and on the next day they delayed me (now they know me after all these daily visits) out of all other customers, (they don’t have many customers anyway). Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. I did.

Unfortunately you’re not able to leave zero stars because that’s definitely what they deserve. This is the worst store in South Carolina slow drive-through times , The old manager is absolutely slow. She makes a snail look like a cheetah, Not to mention, she loves to close the store early every night it’s 10:30pm and they’re already closed even though they don’t close till 11pm.
