Alright, is there anyone that checks orders for accuracy before they’re put into bags? I don’t even think that they bothered to cook my food. All of it was ice cold, the taco shells were broken and soggy, the Mexican pizza toppings were all on one side. You only got beans unless you got a bite from one side in the corner.
I tried to get a picture of it, but only one of the tacos was almost intact. The chalupa was so soggy and slimy that the shell was completely soaked through to the other side.
Also I try to order when it’s not busy to ensure that it’s done right. It’s not like they’re about to close when they’re open 24-7, but they where in such a hurry that you can not only tell that the same person made my entire order, but they where nice enough to not change their gloves so all of my food was covered in the same slime grease and whatever else they touched between cigarette breaks and making orders.
This has completely ruined my opinion of Taco Bell as a whole. They should be proud and I’m sure Glen Bell is thrilled looking down on the quality of what he came up with, so many years ago, with the greatest of intention. Don’t make an attempt to call the store and speak to the manager either because they assume no liability and will direct you to contact either corporate or whatever delivery service delivered your food through the Taco Bell app.
If you visit Pittsburgh, and want to tame your taco cravings, avoid the Taco Bell on Lebanon-Church Road. They really don’t care what they serve.

I’m confused on how a mistake like this even happens. I ordered a meal which had a cheesy Gordita crunch, a drink, and a soft taco. What I received was a dorito taco, a hard shell taco, and a drink. One star because hey at least the drink was right I guess. I wanted 20 minutes for my food at 3 in the afternoon. The hard shell taco (which I didn’t order) wasn’t put in a sleeve or anything just put loose in the bag so when I got to my house this is what I opened the wrapper to see. How is my order messed up every single time?

i honestly stopped going to this location a few years ago bc of quality issues but i’ve been back in the last few months and have gotten AMAZING service every time!! everyone working the drive through windows whenever i go (always late at night) is so sweet and wonderful, and only on one occasion did i run into any issues with my order and they were super lovely and apologetic about fixing it!!! i hope the current staff here stays foreverrrr

Stopped by yesterday and the food and customer service were great. Thomas in the drive through was really kind and offered suggestions for us to get deals. The fritz burrito was really tasty and cooked to perfection.

I never go to Taco Bell. Once in a blue moon when it’s late and I’m hungry. Tonight was one of those nights. I do appreciate those who work the late hours though. Thanks. However, the food quality is extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 burrito supremes which were both over $6 apiece. You would think you would be getting something decent for that price, but absolutely not. The contents of the burrito were pretty much lukewarm mush, mostly refried beans with a little bit of meat and chopped veggies. This slop compared to Chpotle is like night and day. At Chipotle I can get an actual delicious burrito and it’s amazing. Taco bell absolutely sucks and the food quality is awful. Not worth the money at all. This location and also the location in Washington were a complete disappointment. I remember Taco Bell used to be awesome. Not anymore I guess. If you come to any location expect nothing more than a bunch of mush wrapped in a burrito. Barely any ingredients and lots of refried beans. Jeez.

I ordered the doritos locos 3 taco combo. The only thing in the combo I got was the drink, no tacos. Totally ridiculous. The rest of the food we ordered was cold as well. This isn’t the first time that this Taco Bell has screwed up our orders.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I’ve been in the drive thru it’s over an hour almost two hour wait. The food is disgustingly horrible because they don’t give you fresh food at all even after waiting for so long. Please don’t waste your time going to this location it’s slow the food is always cold, hard and nasty it’s just a waste. You ask for fresh fries all they do is just heat it up in the microwave never again will I waste my money here. They need a whole new staff especially in the evenings. I will be contacting corporate on this location because it’s ridiculous and somebody needs to be fired

If the owner can see this, it’s better to hire someone more professional working here, or consider fire someone. Since nobody is really doing their job here!!!!!! 6 cars waiting outside and more that 10 people waiting inside!!!! And your employees just taking their time chatting

I decided to go after work for some food, I ordered online to speed up the process. I ended up waiting almost an hour for my food, I didn’t get a lot of food either, I only got 2 burritos and some of the cinnabon things. Highly disappointed in the service.

They need to figure out what is going wrong. This place used to be perfectly serviceable, a standard taco bell. Service has been degrading to the point we waited 45 minutes behind 3 other cars with a not very busy dining room. An hour if you count from when we placed the mobile order. For 2 people. The food wasnt even done particularly well when we finally got it. Totally unacceptable service.
