Horrible customer service, especially in the morning. I witnessed rheir employee walking over to McDonald’s or Starbucks, found out upon her return it was McDonald’s as a her co-worker lied and said she was in the bathroom. This was during morning business hours when people are rushing to work and school and she had her headset on. When I pulled to the speaker, no one answered, the window no one answered; so I went in. The customer service was horrible and the wait times for breakfast service are ridiculous! I understand why now though since she was going to another restaurant and they lie to cover each other.

Me and my wife have been here twice and we’ve absolutely enjoyed the drive thru service, food is always fresh and very delicious staff is very friendly.

I love burger King but my visit was a headache. To put it simply I ordered the Whopper meal and on my last visit last week I looked at my receipt and it said complete survey for a free whopper on your next visit. So today I ordered the Whopper meal and wanted to also get an additional whopper using the survey and code from the receipt last week. They told me no free whopper even though it clearly says and charged me more for single whopper than the entire combo. I’m pretty pissed that’s false advertisement

Pulled up to this place to order breakfast and was immediately told “one minute please”, that was fine, but then 5 minutes go by and still nothing. There was one car in the parking lot(I assume the employee) and nobody else in line. This place is never going to make money if they continue to understaff their place to the extent that one single customer can’t even be serviced. I assume she was busy doing tasks that were meant for a team of employees, but that left out the one task that actually earns the place any money, the customer.

First time doing indoor dining. I was the only person there and the drive-through wasn’t too busy. The service was good but this place was DIRTY. Every inch of this place was a mess. While waiting for my food I saw the worker reach in for the fries and eat one. Didn’t wash his hands afterwards and continue to work. I ended up leaving. So disappointing and disgusted.

I just left this location , stood in line no others was there. One lady making food with no customers in the drive thru, one other young lady came from the back in her phone looked at me and proceeded to walk . Never ask did I need help . This is not my first time this has happened

Arrived at this place and I was not acknowledged until about 3-4 mins. And when they saw me. They couldn’t even say hello. The look on peoples faces are not good. I will try to avoid this place. The least you do is be friendly. Come on…….

Came in at 4:30 on Sunday. It was pretty empty when we came in. I received my order within 5 minutes of getting here. Food was alright. The tables and floor needed a little cleaning because of crumbs, other than that this establishment was clean. They didn’t have napkins. so they gave me paper towels. I dont know if I’m going deaf or what, but I was barely able to gear what the cashier was saying. Will probably come here again since it is the only burger king near my home.

They messed up my order and act like I’m supposed to be ok with it. Their grill mysteriously stopped working 20 mins before close. Yeah… right. Then, Jasmine (fake manager) said come back tomorrow. Are you serious, if I wanted BK tomorrow, I woulda came tomorrow. Now, no food and almost midnight. I asked for refund and only got part of my money back. Thieves & vandals! And on top of that, they slow. 10, 15 mins in drive thru. And they don’t even have a working phone number. Ridiculous! Go elsewhere!!!!
