Team – great, employess, very pleasant and nice, but I had ordered a mini oreo mcflurry to-go about 40 minutes ago. Not even 10 minutes after mixing the oreos with the ice cream and eating it, I found hair in the mcflurry. I was so grossed out I threw out whatever I had left. The fries I ordered were perfect though. So overall 4/5. But next time please get some hair nets for your beards or something . This is the second mcdonalds I went to where there was hair in the food. I normally go to this one- I trust that the food is good here, but the other one is a mcdonalds I never usually drive by. Im just disappointed.

Whoever was working the drive through today was terribly rude, and impatient. It was around 1:00pm and it is wasn’t busy but she kept rushing us. Cut me off mid sentence with “is that it, IS THAT IT?” . If I paused she would she would repeat it again. She just would not let me speak without interrupting. At the window she only had the window open about an inch when she gave me the total. No thank you or have a nice day. The food looked sad too. What a shame.

This establishment is the worse. This is my second time going there, but it definitely will be my last. The order is never correct and then when they asked me to pull ahead to the 3rd window, I sat and watched them give 4 customers their orders. I finally went in to address the issue and still had to wait on my filet of fish. Only to get home and see a dab of tartar sauce. I tried calling several times and haven’t been able to reach anyone.

Epic fail yes, I already ate some, but it was in the process of trying to find a phone number to call from my DoorDash, so may not be the correct McDonald’s and I apologize if it’s not but there’s no egg no sauce. The only thing I requested to be not on the bagel is onions that they got correct.

I’ve been a customer at this McDonald’s since 2012, primarily because it’s the closest location to my home. Over the past 13 years, both food quality and, more notably, customer service have steadily declined.
This morning was the final straw. I ordered an Egg McMuffin with cheese and found a black hair, approximately an inch long, in my sandwich. That is unacceptable and should never happen.
Food quality has been inconsistent for years—generally mediocre, especially the fries and hash browns—but the larger issue has always been customer service. Over at least the last six to seven years, basic courtesy has been absent: no greeting, no “thank you,” and no acknowledgment beyond completing the transaction.
This visit reflected that pattern. My order was taken curtly, payment was handled without a word, and the food was handed through the window and the window closed without any interaction. This is not an isolated incident. I have raised customer service concerns with management twice before, and the experience has continued to worsen.
This location appears to exist solely due to convenience, not quality or service. The hair in my food was the final straw in a long-standing pattern of poor performance.

Everything was awful. I got a sausage egg biscuit with a hash brown. My biscuit was extremely doughy, and my hash brown was nearly cold. My fiancé ordered a honey spicy chicken biscuit and a hash brown with a caramel frappé When they brought our food out, we noticed my girlfriend didn’t have chicken. She had sausage so she went inside and the first thing they want to do is give her terrible attitude. She told them what the issue was and they told her that it was chicken and not steak she literally had to take the sandwich out and open it up and ask them does this look like chicken even after that someone continued on to say it’s Was chicken as if we switched out the chicken for steak although she took the whole bag of food inside so they can see that we didn’t do nothing to it. This was the worst experience I had at any McDonald’s and I recommend if you want McDonald’s go to Fort Campbell or any other one because if it’s Riverside and second Street area, you will get terrible service terrible food that’s a promise.

I have came to this McDonald’s my whole life, was never much of a fan. Now as an adult my kids wanted to come and I will say the fries and nuggets were super fresh, and they have slushies now! I had such a friendly attendant to help me place my order. Didn’t catch the name but my order was 131 on July 19th. They definitely deserve some compliments!

Went to this McDonald’s on Christmas Day around 12 PM, and the experience was terrible. The lady working the drive-thru is hurting y’all’s business, extremely rude and unprofessional. She literally started yelling at me that my card was declined. I calmly asked if she was done yelling, as all I had to do was simply forgot to unlock my card.
This is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service at this location. It’s clear that staff here could really benefit from a refresher on proper customer service.

Power went out and was told it would be back up on 5 minutes!? Saw others coming in and picking up online orders so we tried to order online. It would not go through. Quite disappointed. But now I do not have to eat at Mickey D’s today!!
