It’s amazing that only half of my food was cold. One employee was doing everything and the others were all yelling at each other to do things. They were not busy, so it was unpleasant that the staff were having a meltdown in the kitchen area. It’s a 24 location and that’s why I stopped there at about 6am. I would skip this one in the future while traveling on I-24. Just to be fair, cleanliness was good

Awful quality and service. I ordered through ubereats this morning, and half the items in my meal were missing: four condiments and two hashbrowns. On the items I did actually recieve, the egg on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was burnt almost black and tasted gross. Also, the frozen drink I ordered arrived as pictured below. Never again.

Ridiculous drive thru. Wanted to get a quick lunch but waited in line for 25 min. It was my turn to order but waited another 5 min for them to take my order. I left without ordering and some other customers as well. Change the staff. Waste of money. I won’t go there anymore for sure.

If they were ever open during their posted hours of operation it may be ok. Unfortunately they are perpetually short staffed and hire very low quality people Here’s a thought pay your workers a higher wage. You may attract more reliable staff, so you could actually be open and properly conduct business. Maybe the owner and some of their family could come in and run this thing. Pull this thing up from the ashes or close it down. It’s an embarrassment.

Waited 25 minutes for a mobile order to come in and wait longer. Not to mention I slipped on super greasy floors. They also had a dirty box fan surface level facing the workers and the food they prepared. . I guess state board on vacation. But this motivates me to eat at home and save my money.

Total garbage. The food sits forever. The employees work so hard to ignore customers if they put half that much effort into acknowledging the customer it could be half way decent. Orders always screwed up. The place smells like someone threw up in there (probably did) its filthy and funky and absolutely not worth wasting your time or money on the place. Absolutely trash.

Always have me waiting for too long, and workers are not taking pride in their work. I only go here when i’m in a rush, and i regret it every time. Every time we would order something the lady would respond “is that all” after each thing! Lady, I will tell you when I’m finished. We didn’t even order that much either. We waited in the line for 36 minutes (I only know bcus while waiting I downloaded the app) when we finally get our food it’s cold, the lemonade w tasted like sour water. That was an insane amount of time to wait for mediocre fast food.
