I ordered just an ice coffee, they charged me. they told me to go to spot 4 and they would take out my order. I waited 10 minutes, seeing other cars leave with their food. I called them no answer. I went inside and they had a line. I had to leave because I was running late for work. About the 4th time they do this where they ask me to wait and forget about me. I always have to pick up my own order inside. This time I couldn’t because how ridiculously crowded they were. Super frustrating that I was not able to get my refund.

If iced coffee is no longer 99c during breakfast hours they need to take the very large sign out of their window saying it is. At window I was told… Oh that was just a short promotion , it ended about a week ago. I asked why is the sign still up then? He said.. Oh we just haven’t got around to taking it down. I told him then they should honor the sign until they do. He simply said.. We don’t do that. Horrible customer service.
