I ordered 2 mcchickens with xtra patty and even made it simple and had them make it plain but apparently that’s too hard for a McDonald’s worker. Drive thru wasn’t an excuse either because there was only 3 cars in it. It is simply beyond ridiculous how hard it is to simply follow instructions to make food it’s not like it’s anything difficult.

I’m really disappointed, I went to pick up a mobile order my partner had made. I will start with I always want my food to be fresh, I have always experienced cold fries from nearly every McDonalds. I asked for my large and small fry to be remade. I asked if they would like me to pull up because I know I inconvenienced them and I didn’t want to hold up their line. I then waited more than 10 minutes for a remake on fries. I went through the drive through, mentioned that I had waited more than 10 minutes, pulled into a curb side parking and waited about 4 more minutes for my fries to come out. If I’m honest, they looked like the same batch of fries. Limp and salty. In turn the food we previously ordered got cold. It was a bad experience.

Very bad sandwich builders, like can’t get a piece of cheese on the burger to save their lives. Even with the manager on the line watching. Food is always good tasting but always built/ packed badly. I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s very rare I get a presentable sandwich.

Ordered doordash. Arrived quickly. Filet O Fish has been under heat lamp way too long. Inedible. Bun is hard, fish is dry, cheese is hard. They did not send the chicken nugget sauce for the 10 piece I ordered so who wants dry nuggets? Called manager. She said she was sorry and would check under the heat lamp and hung up on me. No offer to replace. Doordash gave me $5 credit off my $22 order but if I want lunch, now I have to start from scratch and pay again.

Ordered the $5 Mcchicken deal, they did not put the chicken nuggets that came with it in my bag. However they did put the sauce for them?? The staff at this establishment is always getting things wrong and does not care about their customers.
Ordered a breakfast meal also and they forgot to put the pancakes in my meal. That’s majority of the meal!! So i was left with 2 small strips of bacon and barely any eggs.

If I could give this store a -1 I would. For a quick order to replacing my onions on my cheeseburgers to removing my pickles without asking and for the young Mgr to day oh well and ok ok ok, then she hangs up on me. I really wish people who are having a bad get a break from the busy life. It’s ok to have an attitude but to take it out on your customer is wrong. Step away from the store and take a break to collect your self and then get back to it.
