My wife did an online order and when I went to pick it up I drove up to the drive thru speaker and sat there for 15 min without any help. Meanwhile 5 cars pulled up and put their order in at the other speaker no problem. I pull up to the pay here window since no one wanted to assist me at the speaker. The young lady there was rude to me. I get to the next window and the guy asked me what all I had so I read my whole order to him. He asked me did you have a 10 piece nugget I said no it is a 20 piece and they still gave me a 10. Just a bad experience completely.

Love the people here. They are the best mcdonald’s in town. They are quick nice and very friendly. Especially the lady in the back with red hair, she’s amazing. I love her she was so sweet and welcoming.

Had a rude welcoming from the workers here. They didn’t want to make my mobile order at 9pm and they told me in drivethru intercom “to cancel my mobile order and were not gonna make it cause we’re closing.” I look on Google search and it said closes at 11pm. They even ignored and gave 0 eye contact to the customer at the window. I was like shocked with horrible customer service and being told to cancel my order for food. But I know I can’t cancel my mobile order when I paid for my meal and can’t give myself a refund. With arguing back and forth for my food. I had to sit in the drive thru line about 15 minutes waiting for my food. I’ll give this McDonald’s 1 star for horrible service and rude gesture.

We. Order 3 happy meals. And 2 qpcs. Boy what a disaster. They gave us big macs and 1 of the happy meals was wrong. Waited 20 min for the right food. No one there seemed to know what was going on. The fries were also not like McDs fries should be. Absolutely the worst mcds ive been too.

Employees are great….am elderly senior citizen… On oxygen walk with a the Gal at the counter help me order my food and my coffee I had it brought to me at my table my nice young gentleman that went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my copy as well because I had forgotten a little bit of sweetener and the cream but he went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with everything

Stopped in just to try the limited time, ‘Grimace Birthday Meal’ which with the big mac cost just over $11, so there’s the heads up on that. The shake was disappointingly WAAYY less purple than expected, but still tasted ok. Maybe somewhere between birthday cake and plain vanilla I guess. Some people were claiming it had some berry flavor to it, but I didn’t get that at all, maybe because it wasn’t mixed right. No way to know, since nobody knows what it’s really supposed to taste like lol

Stop here occasionally when in the area for coffee and sometimes lunch with my grandkids,this time my order wasn’t right,my Big Mac meat was cold & had so much sauce on it I couldn’t eat it it oozed out all over the place,my fries were cold and no salt and my drink was wrong so I went back in twice..once about my food.. which they were happy to replace the big mac however when I said I lost my taste for it after I had attempted to eat it and asked to just give me nuggets..they gave me a 6pc and then new fries but didn’t reimburse me the difference in cost..then after the wait I went back to my car to eat ..took sip of my soda and it was wrong kind so has to again go inside ans seal with that..the girl who waited on me was understanding as i was being very polite about it all but her manager and co workers were griping about me. I simply stated that I believe I was given the wrong order by mistake and either way diis was cold not just wrong..I should have been refunded for the $$ difference at the very least…this was unusual for this location as I never have a problem here..but I didn’t like the way it was handled.. hopefully was just an off day for them…I hate to think other customers has such problems that day & that they weren’t dealt with professionally or correctly

Went thru drive thru, told me pull up, sat for 12 min, went back to window, only to find out they gave my order to someone else, when I finally got my order it was totally messed up had to go in again. Half an hour for 2 happy meals. If it was not for the grandkids I would have left.

Met up with some friends to say hello and visit for a moment and found out that this lobby closed at 9 pm so they asked us to leave shortly after we arrived, the music was so loud you couldn’t talk with out shouting, We asked the manager twice if they could lower it. They said they had no control so wasn’t the most pleasant atmosphere
