This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. I simply asked for the free French Fry that was offered by Corporate and was not only yelled at because I didn’t order it on the App but also cursed at when I mentioned I wasn’t aware and if I should park and re-order. I drove up to the first window and waited 5 minutes until the Manager showed up, barking at me as if i was in the wrong or the person that was cursing only to be cursed at by her as well. She added the person was a minor & I still don’t understand the relevance. Never received my order after a third employee came to the window yelling to such I drove away. Completely unprofessional & unacceptable, yet again.

I don’t know who’s doing these reviews, or if they are going to the same McDs, but this place Sucks! I work within a 1/4 mile, very convenient! 9 outa 10 the order is wrong and slow as hell! Only me in line at 6:30…15 freaking minutes for my first steak,egg and cheese bagel in over 5 years(so excited) and I get to work and….you guessed it! A freaking Bacon,egg and cheese! Never, ever will I go back there!

I decided to go inside and get breakfast because drive thru was so busy, but that was a big mistake. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order while there was only one employee in the front taking orders and fixing the orders while everyone was so worried about drive thru. I called a Manager and she was very rude, nasty and hardly spoke English. So, before I got my order, she decides to skip my order and make me wait another five minutes while she gets everyone’s order who came after me. I guess she called herself mad and getting back at me for calling her out. That restaurant has gone down hill. Dirty tables and floors while the other employees were just standing around talking to each other. You get that kind of service when you hire lazy , nasty people.

Everything was going great until my food was brought out. There was a hair in it, and as I told an Employer by the name of slonaire she told me I was lying. Me and my guest decided to go somewhere else and the lady ran up behind me and body slammed me. I’ve never had such an awful and frightening experience and am severely traumatized!!!

Probably among the worst and most incompetent McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Food service is extremely slow, even when there is barely anyone there. Food has been missing multiple times when ordering from the McDrive. Would recommend to go to another location as this is about as bad as it gets.

Worst place to stop at for breakfast. They don’t take ur oder threw the drive threw menu .. They tell u to drive up to the window.. which I think is a waste of time …they make u wait even if there’s line of cars. With 3 cars in line it took me 20 min to get to the window.. and another 5 min for them to make my breakfast.. please please someone look into this !!!!! Asap
