Ordered a curbside from this location. The girl came didn’t greet me or say anything. Just rudely handed me my food and walked off. What happened to customer service being trained to each associate, they should work on it.

I ordered in lobby to eat in the lobby I grabbed that lovely table number and enter it in kiosk low and behold my foods bagged and my name is yelled in the lobby mind you only 4 tables had guests including mine. She gave me nothing but attitude. Double qtr. Pounder cold and sloppy. . . Only ketchup and mustard. McChicken made correctly fries orders no salt they were loaded with salt ordered chocolate chip cookie did not receive this at all. I ordered Dr pepper and got a coke went up to get my drink corrected and to get my cookie I paid for just for the lady to tell me no she won’t get me a new drink or cookie unless I pay for them (again )
The person claiming to be manager did not care at all and told me to leave cause I’m not getting anything.

I was in the Drive-thru, I ordered a cheeseburger no pickles. They gave me the cheeseburger with no meet no onions. Went back on Drive-thru asking for the manager she never showed up, the person that was handling the food said another for get help I have to park my car or to come inside. I told her I don’t have the time to come either inside or parked my car, she started screaming at me and to the manager face if it was for her she would never give me the cheeseburger back and throw the cheeseburger with the bag at me. The employee was so rude and the manager. Very poor service I will never step a foot in this McDonald’s anymore, they need to trained their employees better. The incident happened on the 12/09/2024 at 9 pm

My experience is no stars. Whoever was working at the window around 10 pm on 9/1/25 did not care what they were doing. I waited 5 minutes for them to just take my order. And another 5 minutes watching them fight with all the customers. They don’t even look at the order to see if it is correct. I could overhear the gentleman in front of me didn’t even get the order he wanted. My order tasted like it was from yesterday-really stale chicken nuggets and it was cold.,awful location!! Will not come to it again.

All customers had to order via kiosk. Workers refused to help customers by taking orders at register. One lady had cash and they made her order via kiosk and said they would come collect cash. I ordered via kiosk for inside. I entered my table number for order to be delivered to my table. My order was called and left at pickup/uber eats pickup. I reviewed my order and needed extra condiments. I tried to get attention of workers and was told to hold on. Only 1 worker was tending to customers in front while some workers were resting on counter or working in the back with food. Some customers came inside because their drive thru orders were incorrect. The workers had attitudes about the mix up and act like the customers were causing an inconvenience. A couple ordered via kiosk with the help of a customer instead of worker. This same couple ordered for here and had their order delivered to their table. I’m very disappointed in my service and experience at this location.

I came through the drive threw after my shift to get cookies 2am. NO COOKIES, no pies, no ice cream no dessert. I said do you have a late night menu? She said no its full menu. I proceeded to say i can wait for them its no problem. She said we have no dessert in the store at all. Now I have worked at plenty of mcd stores and different franchises to know that was just a complete lie!!!! You know maybe a store runs out of something or a truck doesn’t come. But the store ran out of every dessert it doesn’t feel accurate. Im sure if i walked in the freezer with my corporate shirt there would be a whole box of cookies!
Note to the management- maybe have a team meeting about employees and customer service. You could potentially be missing out of money coming

You can’t beat the breakfast egg and sausage McMuffin for breakfast and their iced coffees are very good. The price is much more affordable than the trendy coffee places. The people that work there are friendly which is so important for the front line. They are the face of the company.

Never again Arguably the rudest McDonald’s employees I’ve ever encountered! The young lady who took my order & payment didn’t greet me once! She was clearly on Facetime, I almost apologized for interrupting her conversation . Then the young lady who gave me my order, simply handled it to me. And when she noticed that I didn’t immediately drive away, but sat there in utter disgust. She said, “That’s what you ordered? Ain’t it!”. I understand that this is fast-food and not fine dining. However, I expect to at the least, be greeted. At least my fries were fresh ♀️
UPDATE!!!! I regrettably stopped by tonight. Once I got to the 1st window, she said, “You Ash?”. At 2nd window, the guy says, “Here you go.”. Why is this place still open!?! To top it all off, a bloody snotty napkin was in my bag! A BLOODY SNOTTY NAPKIN WAS IN MY BAG McDonald’s! I expect to hear from someone ASAP! And why is my Sprite PINK?!

I came to this place a week ago and the manager name “Trevor” was so disrespectful to me. And everytime I come he’s always yelling and cursing and plays very loud rap music. It’s disturbing for me and other customers. He also walked passed me and smelt like “weed”. I cannot believe a manager smoking or smelling like drugs at the store. This is UNACCEPTABLE and if something is not done about this I will take this further.
